I would give a zero if I could

I would give a zero if I could. I bought a clasp from them over two months ago. I immediately told them not to ship it before they sent it. I asked them 10 times not to ship it. They did it anyway. They then gave me an address to mail it to instead of returning it to them properly with a shipping label. And now they refuse to return my money which I’ve been trying to get for over two months now. It’s always some excuse. I don’t even believe that the clasp they sent me was real in the first place. It’s been a total nightmare. I highly suggest you go elsewhere. I feel like I am being scammed
