I had a problem with activating my AOMEI Backupper Pro license after a recent hardware change on my Windows 11 PC. I emailed AOMEI Tech Support about the problem and had a reply and a fix from Lanry Lucky within an hour, wow, I thought I would be waiting days. Fantastic service, great program, very easy to use, has got me out of trouble a few times.

I got help from Owen Tan, that went strait to the problem and fixed my license issue, in last than an hour after i send the ticket.

I had a problem to register and activate my lifetime license for Aomei Backupper Pro. The Aomei support helped me very fast and effective.

Everything is now working perfectly as it should.

I've used Aomei Backupper for at least a couple of years. Overall it has been great. My laptop had to be wiped and totally reinstalled. I made sure I had backups with all my files on it with Aomei, and I was able to easily restore all of them. I've had a few times over the years where I needed help from Support. They were awesome, responded quickly and helped get me through the issues I had. I highly recommend Aomei Backupper.
