They attract attention with an extremely cheap initial price. Then comes shipping costs of hundreds of dollars ($600+) for a parcel within Australia and an admin fee of over $100. Timewasters!

The product finally arrived but it didn’t fit well - not their fault, i kept it because it was still ok for my pool - but i was impressed by ubuy following through with repayment of express shipping v promptly as the thing definitely didn’t get here in that time frame and they were v apologetic. Paid for express delivery and 3 weeks later still hasn't got to their warehouse.
Contacted them and said it has been lost so they are ordering another one. First time I have bought anything with them, not impressed.
