It is very convenient to use txtNation as they have an online Control Panel and Support portal. We have been using them quite some years already and no problems so far and everyone working there have been professional and helpful.

I have pending earnings for almost a year at txtNation that they never delivered, they seem like a big international company but don't get scammed.

I tried contacting them in every way, phone, chat and emails but they always give me the same excuse that they didn't collect money from providers. sometimes they hangup on me on purpose.

they never sent me a penny even though i paid like 900 euros to setup my accounts.

if you are going to deal with them anyway, please read the contracts very well before you sign, you will probably see a section that says "that collecting money from providers could take 3 months or more".

"or more means forever, you should be very careful"

Its a nightmare.

Okay, i can see that they have replied on my review, and i cant find a way to reply them here, so i will just edit my review and write my reply here.

they are claiming that they tried to contact me many times which is a complete lie, actually after i received a reply here, i opened a support ticket and no response at all, it has been over 5 days now.

i am not a competitor obviously, and if they want i can post my account information here, i still have the contracts and everything.

i didnt expect that they would actually lie here. am still standing by my original reiview, they are scammers. unless they settle my payments.
they say that payments could take months, actually its almost two years now and i never received a single payment.

We have been having problems with out Canadian partners for sms messages.
Txt Nation support staff (especially Ian) has been great in searching and resolving our issue

from setting up my service to resolving issues with the set up, the service i received was very prompt and professional at all time.

After having dealt with TxtNation for some time I can say they are great! Sometimes I even have the feeling they are more eager than their clients and I mean that in a positive way :-)

I was told by the salesman that they reached 200+ countries. so I signed up for them and prepaid txtnation over $6000. They never delivered to even 1 country and could not handle 2-way longcodes. I am warning anyone who is considering txtnation that these guys will tell you anything and then not deliver. Customer support was okay but they simply could not deliver. When I asked for a returned of even partial funds, they refused. I am warning all customers to beware of these thieves.
