Dealt over the phone with a well discounted new car. The advisor was straight, didn’t force any extras on me and gave a competitive part ex price. They also fitted a Mazda towbar with caravan electrics inc the live feed for fridge and leisure battery charging at a very competitive cost. First face to face contact was on delivery day no issues at all they took my part ex at agreed value, no arguments and after handover I was on my way inside an hour. Car was well prepared and everything worked. Very impressed.

I had Harvey as my representative. Who was absolutely EXCELLENT.. Harvey I met last year when I first came in, where we sorted out paperwork and information. Life happened and I returned back 5 months later. And contact Harvey, who remembered myself and very easily continued where we’d left off.
He made the whole entire process, easy and everything was done so promptly.
I have to give the biggest thank you to Harvey, for always being outstandingly professional, yet kind, friendly, very informative, efficient. As he managed everything and made it ever so simply to complete a couple of quick forms to fill in and complete and made the whole transition truly comfortable and enjoyable. And came with me on my test drive and managed my whole experiences successfully leading to the full joy and excitement to receive my new Mazda. Which I did collect and absolutely love.

And I advise anyone thinking of purchasing a new vehicle to come here, as the Mazda itself it’s an absolutely beautiful, smooth, quality vehicle and support is ongoing if you need to ask any questions or are unsure of anything, Harvey and the whole team respond back right away and are there for anything regarding your new car, before, during and after collection (or delivery).
I’m so impressed with Harvey and this branch, Harvey is clearly a leader and has a management style about him, in where you hope other representative were all this way.
But also the every other member of staff I spoke too and communicated with, were also truly lovely, helpful, polite and aware of one another. Which you had the sense they were also a team with a family feel.
BEST BRANCH, BRILLANT ONE ON ONE SERVICE THROUGHOUT WITH HARVEY, BEAUTIFUL CAR, and EXCELLENT TEAM who all made it very easy and simple, with a nice quick true to word process.
