The purchase was completely hands-free and everything was handled seamlessly, with the vehicle delivered right to my door(free OF Charge) exactly when promised. This is the 2nd Suzuki we’ve bought from this dealership. Previous one was 6 years ago but one of the salesmen remembered us! This time we were supported by Geoff who was, friendly, knowledgeable, impartial, informative & everything positive. I highly recommend T.W. White, they are different to any other we’ve dealt with over many years & we travel for 1.5 hours to go there! There is absolutely no pressure to buy & questions are answered honestly. We agreed on a vehicle & during the period we waited they noted a slight damage & ensured it was fixed. However, meanwhile, another vehicle came in that we were interested in. Geoff, had both vehicles ready to drive away so that we could choose when we got there. Although one was considerably more expensive Geoff did not encourage us to buy that one. He just pointed out the pros & cons of both! We bought the more expensive one. We will always stick with Suzuki & will only use T.W. White.

Dealt with Matt and Geoff when buying my car in Feb, Geoff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Took his time to to go through parts of the car and explain the workings. Matt dealt with the money side. Again, explained everything in understandable terms, in buying options, extended warranty, different insurances etc. Very professional and made the whole experience go smooth and easy.
