T W White is excellent. A small dealership operation, with an evident focus on delivering a great quality product in a very approachable and friendly way. I bought my new Mazda MX-5 from them in April 2026. The process through initial visit, test drive, decision, purchase and collection was straightforward, informed and friendly. A brief follow-up visit to rectify a small issue was smooth and very well-handled.

I have been using TW White in Bookham for many years both for purchasing cars and servicing. I have always experienced excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff. I would like to mention the young lad who collected and delivered my mx5 after its service who was a credit to the company.

He also did a follow up call the next day to check all was ok
There was a small glitch on our side with the registration document in the wrong name but they sorted that very quickly for us
