I purchased the lighted yellow tulips…

I purchased the lighted yellow tulips and, after 3 weeks, I received them. They were really pretty and I enjoyed them. They looked SO good, I ordered another bunch of the same tulips thinking "the more, the better". They came today and I was so excited to be able to showcase them all in 1 vase in my living room. I placed the 3 AA batteries, and arranged them with the others. Now, the first bunch doesn't work! I'm so mad I could stomp them. I even changed the week old batteries and they STILL do NOT work. I DO NOT recommend!

Waste of Money

Ordered two of the Blissful Bright Dandelions. Upon pulling the first one out of the box, pieces were already falling off. Then after setting it up and adding batteries, discovered that only the core lights up and has lights on it. In the picture in the ads and on the website, the ends of the dandelion fronds light up which is what makes it look magical. Without that it just looks cheap. I should have noticed that they only had 5 star product reviews on their website which is the biggest indicator that the reviews are fake. Also when clicking on the email they sent to say whether or not I loved the product, when I clicked on the "No" it directed me to a page that said the form was closed. Had to click "I love it" to be able to leave this review. That's how companies behave when then know their product is not up to snuff.

I'm not really an interiors person but…

I'm not really an interiors person but my sister kept telling me to get something for my living room. Caved eventually and got this. I actually like it a lot. Makes the room feel less bare without being too much. Might get another one.

This was the second time I ordered from…

This was the second time I ordered from Twinkling tree. They are a responsible company but they are located in Wales. They response to customer inquiries immediately. I would have given them a 5 star except the first time I waited too long for Christmas lights to arrive, 3 days before Christmas. The lights work well the materials are plastic. Made economically. I ordered more for cohesive look as they are smaller than they appear even though the dimensions and information on the product are provided in the description. I would trust them in for future purchases.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY

I bought two twinkling palm trees and when received was SHOCKED of the quality for what I paid. I immediately sent a request for refund, after few days received a response how they could make me a happy customer and I responded asking for refund the second time. That was 5 days ago and crickets.... nothing. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THE PRODUCT OR THE COMPANY. TERRIBLE Customer Service and the trees were VERY cheap looking in this white plastic pot that looked like it came from the dollar store and I paid close to $100. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED with the purchase and their customer service

Very disappointing and a waste of money

Product is nothing like the image (I bought the dandelion lights). The lights are only at the end of the stalk and it doesn't have lights at the end of the filaments (as shown on the advert). The filaments fall out and it is cheap and tacky.
I have tried following up with the seller and the first time they responded saying it was now policy that the lights are not at the end of the filaments ! You might want to tell the buyers and change your sale images !
I've asked for a refund and now they don't respond at all. Very poor.

No response or product in sight

Advised 4-10 days shipping. Its been that time already with not even order confirmation to say it is being shipped. Tracker doesn't work, multiple attempts to contact with no response and they don't have a phone number to call. Still no response or order in sight ???

Don't waste your money

The blissful bright dandelion lights are nothing like the publicity shows. It looks like they light to the end of each filament but they don't. The lights are only at the centre of the stalk. The connections are dodgy making the lights flicker & the filaments also come off all over the place. Not easy to send back to Australia from the UK either. They look cheap & nasty, don't waste your money.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service, false advertising and bad logistics. I recommend you avoid the product and the company at all costs. Took a month to ship a Mother’s Day product bought in April. Did not arrive in time, their response was we stand by our product and failed to provide any sort of customer service.
