Shipping was pretty slow. Paid extra for it so they should have used a faster shipping method and shipped it sooner.
Overall the website is easy to use and product range is good.

I ordered some incense from Tulsi Health. The website was easy to navigate and the price was reasonable. It arrived in good time. I had an issue with an item when it arrived and I wrote to customer service. It was resolved the next day.

Sorry to say but your website is inadequate. You need to give a description of the properties of each herb and what it is used for. For example the herb "Shelajit"- it must gives a description of what it is and what it is used for so it can help the buyer . I wrote to you last year but nothing has been done to improve your website. Please make it better.
Also your prices are very expensive. What can you do about it?

Seeing as I'm being asked for a review before I've actually received the product .....it's difficult to actually rate it. However the seller has been in contact offering a refund or a replacement. So although I can't rate the product itself the customer service is faultless. So the 5 star rating is for that rather than the product.
