Hamish was a down to earth guy who talk common sense about the boiler and what the process was going to be. Quantum heating and energy solutions should be proud of Hugo the fitter who put in our new boiler and the other bits ,he was polite courteous is attention to detail was amazing.Hugo couldn't finish the job in one day,due to having to go to Havant to collect items,which cost him 2 hours in driving time.but before he went had hot water running and a work new boiler.Hugo return the following day as he said he would,and finish everything off, cleaned away all the mess and rubbish as if he hadn't been here at all. A very big cheer for Hugo.

Hamish, one of the company directors, spent two hours explaining the options available to replace a 41-year old gas boiler. On his recommendation, we opted for an energy efficient gas boiler. We knew that the existing boiler could not last much longer because of the difficulty in getting spare parts, so it was a no-brainer!
We accepted the quotation for a wall-mounted Vaillant 35kW ecoTEC plus and agreed an installation date. Hamish had designated Hugo and Monty, two of his most knowledgeable employees, to do the installation. They arrived on time on both days, were very personable as well as hard working. The installation was completed over two days. The did not leave until everything had been completed and explained to us and then only after they had cleared up and removed all of the debris and hosed down the path at the side of the house that had become coated with brick dust. The pair did a first class job of work!
It was a real pleasure to observe two competent young men doing a great job of work. They were a credit to their employing company.

Hamish turned up quickly very clear explanations quoted on the spot. Gave us a week to decide so no hard sell. Date set for Hugo and Monty to fit Valiant boiler and new tank. Two days as planned. Came back quickly to fix the odd airlock. Good price and brilliant service. Very happy and would reccomend.

Would like to say a massive thank you to Hamish at Quantum Heating and Energy Solutions ltd, for talking me through the available combo boilers, I chose a Vaillant Ecotec Plus 826, it was installed yesterday by Hugo and Monty they done an excellent job, Hugo helped with a couple of issues from the old boiler nothing was to much trouble for him, they were friendly and polite, I would highly recommend Quantum Heating and Energy Solutions to anyone who is looking to change their Boiler or heating systems. We would like to say what a fantastic job Hugo and Monty did installing our new Worcester Bosch boiler they were very professional and polite when finished they cleaned and tidied up everything and removed all rubbish they also kept us informed how things were going through out and showed us how to use the control unit. Ok major expense coming up, need a new boiler. Hamish came and was so helpful, knowledgeable and we decided on a Vaillant combi boiler. Hugo and Monty came to fit and we could not be happier. Their friendliness, efficiency, and taking trouble to accommodate little concerns was outstanding. Even once finished, Hugo noticed a leak from a cupboard, not connected to the new boiler, and sorted it out straight away. Using this company was the best decision ever and we highly recommend them for any boiler installation.

Had a new boiler fitted today, fantastic job done by Hugo & Monty. A few problems cropped up along the way due to the old boiler, but nothing was too much trouble, professional, friendly & hard working. Even noticed a rusty leaking towel rail in our bathroom, Hugo went out of his way to get a new one & fitted whilst Monty was sorting the boiler. Excellent service. Monty, if you want a new job cleaning, the job is yours. You are both an asset to the company. Thank you.

Have just used Quantum Heating to install a new gas heating system in an apartment we own in Chichester, from the get go Hamish arrived on time to carry out the survey, all good advice, upgraded boiler and awarded a 13 year warranty.
The gas safe engineer and mate arrived on time, 4- days working they produced a fully working heating system together with installing new appliances in the kitchen and new bath/ shower, pedestal basin to bathroom.
Their work was clean and tidy throughout.
We would recommend this company for any similar works.

I had a pleasant experience from start to finish. That is a big compliment from a perennial grump like me! Hamish filled me with confidence during our initial appointment and Hugo and Monty delivered on the day! A small leak on the condensate pipe was quickly resolved and we’ve been relishing the prospect of having a warm home this winter! I have no hesitation in recommending Quantum HES and will be using them in the future!

Recently decided to organise a major upgrade for mum and dad's heating system. A 45 year-old boiler, poor water pressure and radiators that never fully heated up.
Hamish provided clear straightforward advice regarding the most efficient option and quoted an very competitive all in price.
Within days Hugo and Monty were on site. They were both incredibly efficient and complete gentlemen. Mum gets anxious with strangers in the house but they were incredibly considerate and understanding. Throughout the 4 days they were on site they worked like Trojans. Hugo is the consumate professional and quite the perfectionist.
The powerflush has made the radiators work like new and the increased water pressure is a huge bonus.
For Anyone looking for a new heating system I highly recommend Quantum.
