Does the complete opposite of what it advertises. Very cakey and does not color match your skin at all. I was able to contact customer service after about a week or longer they finally responded. Sent me a link to their return policy. Apparently the 30 day guarantee doesn’t apply. Product must be unopen and unused. I had 3 to return, but they mentioned I would have to pay for return shipping and that would cost more than the products in returning. They offered me a 20% refund which is ridiculous and have yet to see. Should have known better than to purchase from an Instagram ad lol. Do not buy!

Worst product ever. Also, they trick you into a renewing subscription when you place your first order, so be careful!

When I tried the product, my skin felt like it was burning, left a dull grey-white colour on my face. Hard to remove from my face, and I can not get a response from the company about getting a refund.

I tried this without knowing what it was. A friend gave me a bottle. I tried it and it's brightening you have to blend it well but it did color match but it's a bit light. I made an honest review on it on my tik tok @elpeloncabron I took it off after an hour or so because I don't like makeup on my face but it wasn't the worst. Am I missing something?

Having now just read all these reviews it is a total scam.. don’t buy. Mine hasn’t ordered and since I made my order weeks ago I have had spam phone calls , texts from watts app … all they do is sell your data. This should be reported somehow as what they are doing is highly illegal. Face book should also be more responsible for having such business advertise their services so freely. Avoid at all costs !

Product finally arrived 4 weeks after ordering. Tried a normal amount on half of face, and I looked like I was auditioning for phantom of the opera. So I washed it off, and today I tried a pea size amount all over the face. The colour does NOT change. I look half dead, half vampire! It’s been on for 30 mins now and I look awful, it also enhanced any dry skin areas. I would DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND

Finally received product. The product does not blend in and match skin at all. It is thick sun screen like I had when I was a kid at the beach and left my face looking white and horrible. It is a complete scam.

I have tried this product and it does not work as advertised. It does not absorb into the skin and just leaves a white residue. I emailed Gloe who said “they don’t normally do this but..” they would offer a 25% credit where I can keep the product. I have explained to them I do not wish to keep a product that doesn’t work and they should refund all. They say there’s a 30 day but clearly don’t understand what that means. I would avoid such a company where the product doesn’t work and they try and keep 75% of your money. Absolute scam

This company and product is a sham. The 4 in 1 color match foundation has the worst white cast. Mind you I put a pea size amount on my entire face and it was just awful. I tried to get my money back because they said they have a 30 money back guarantee they offered 20% back and suggested I give the product as a gift to a friend. Like what?! Total disgrace and false advertising. Beware and DO NOT BUY.

I too stupidly have been scammed by this company, if indeed it even exists. Inquires as to where my order is get the same response from "Elizabeth" that other reviewers of Gloe have received, which is basically a run-around with no actual answer to either when my order will be received, or when my money will be refunded. And given reviews of the product on here, the latter -- a full refund -- is preferable and I will keep at them until I receive my money back. If it were possible to give negative zero stars, that would be my actual rating. BUYER BEWARE

Shockingly bad product - only “matches your skin tone” if you happen to be an 18th century geisha or suffering from consumption… Based on other reviews here, I didn’t even bother trying to claim refund, and just threw away the product… Should’ve known better, I guess! Interestingly, I really had to search Trustpilot to find them, and when I eventually did, the reviews are all 1 star and negative, so I’m not sure where they’re claiming their 4.8 star reviews are coming from… Trustpilot should be investigating this, as I believe their brand is being damaged by false review claims

This is a scam company. I've never received the product after 4 weeks of waiting (coming from China). Then it was delivered to God Only Knows where, and "Elizabeth" from Customer Service simply says and quoting: "I kindly request you to check with your family members, relatives, neighbors, and the local post office for updates on your order. From our end, it's marked as DELIVERED. :-)".

I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS COMPANY.

Waited 4 weeks to be posted, I got an entirely different product with cheap packaging, was supposed to get 2 with buy one get one free and it went on like sunscreen and didn’t change colour at all. Not good if you think that’s great costumer service. Won’t be buying again. I’ll stick to cicapair thanks ☺️

I just received this product. I applied it to my face and it was as if I was applying moisturizer. The product absorbed into my face and did not change colors. The bottle that I received did not have Gloe on it. It had EelHope on it. I don't recommend buying it.

This is a scam. The product is not as described and the "easy returns" and "100% guarantee" are simply lies. I attempted to work with them on a return/refund for over a week and they kept emailing, "I have forwarded your issue to my relevant team" and no one ever responded. After several more emails, Elizabeth a customer support specialist (right) finally stated, "We are offering you 10% of your total amount and you will keep the product yourself." I finally had to file a fraud charge with my credit card company. SCAM - buyer beware!

Con… you do not receive the product advertised instead a much cheaper version called eelhope , customer service is dreadful no one has responded I have gone through my bank for a refund who will investigate this further for me…my daughter was very disappointed 😞 lesson learned not to trust these companies ever again

This is a TikTok scam. The customer service is useless. They told me they weren’t going to even address my issue and hopefully I would have a better experience next time. The buy one get one is a scam. The real company is forever bloom not gloe. This site will sell your information! Spam city!!
