Ordered the product like a month ago and haven’t even received it yet. I don’t think I ever will. Anyway, moving on to something better, any recommendations?

Absolutely terrible company. I never intended to sign up to a subscription, yet they’ve been taking money from my account without clear consent. The product itself gave me an allergic reaction, and when I reached out for help, they ignored multiple emails.

The cancellation process is made intentionally difficult, clearly designed to trap people into paying for something they don’t want. This feels like a scam. I can’t use the product, I didn’t agree to ongoing charges, and I’m financially struggling — yet they continue to take money without resolution.

Do NOT trust this company. Avoid them at all costs. If they don’t refund me, I’ll be taking legal action and making sure this review is seen everywhere possible.

The worst customer service experience I have ever had. Deceptive marketing with the subscription pricing. No response to emails and enquires. After several attempts to correct the situation I just gave up added their email to my spam list. Buyer beware.

Gloe feels really smooth and blends easily, but I was hoping for a bit more coverage. It evens things out, but doesn't hide much.

All of the 5 star reviews must be written by the scam of a company. Truly awful product, impossible to return because they don’t accept the product back if you’ve tried it and they don’t take returns on sale items. And there products are never not “on sale”. The subscription model is deceptive, they sign you up without telling you and they won’t let you cancel it. Customer service is the worst I’ve experienced in a long time. Truly a vile company. Shameful.

I wouldn’t say it’s bad, but I didn’t love it. It did soften my redness a bit, but I expected more based on the ads.

Applies great in the morning, but around midday my T-zone started looking shiny. Might be better for dry skin types.

DON'T DO IT. I wish I had read these reviews first. Got scammed into a subscription that was very well hidden. I spoke to customer service, they said "its in the fine print that you didnt read". The product itself is cakey and thick and doesnt match your skin tone, it washes it out (very white). I wrote to them about returning unused products. Their response was "read the return policy to see if you are eligible" I did. Wrote back again, crickets. I was "able" to cancel my subscription because they sent another unused bottle. If they try to charge me again, I will dispute the charge and cancel the card. Horrible customer service, awful product. Learn from our mistakes: DONT DO IT.

Worst product I’ve ever tried. It does not do anything it says on the advertisement. It did not blend to my skin colour I look like I was putting on make up for Halloween. Avoid avoid avoid.

I was looking for a natural looking foundation that could match my face and I came across this product on my FYP. It arrived at the expected time. The bottle is nice but I personally don’t like the applicator as it will contaminate the contents after applying it on your face. I was a bit reluctant because it looked lighter than my skin tone tho I am also fair-skinned, but after applying it, I was surprised that it actually matched my skin tone. I loved the glossy and flawless effect. I developed a tiny pimple after that, but hopefully it was just coincidence as I liked the product apart from the applicator.

No not buy from this company. ITS A SCAM and they will steal your money.
The product does not work as advertised.

Terrible deceptive scam dropshipping BEWARE.

I thought i was ordering a one time product but they sign you up for 3 MONTHS AND WILL NOT LET YOU OUT OF THE CONTRACT. DECEPTIVE MARKETING! IT IS VERY HARD TO TELL AS A FIRST TIME CUSTOMER THAT YOU ARE SIGNING UP FOR A SUBSCRIPTION IT IS AUTOMATICALLY SELECTED AND THERE IS NO INDICATION EXCEPT A SMALL TOGGLE

This company is a total scam !! They send you a tracking number that is not attached to anything but a non existing package that never leave …… it has been so long - email now is never answered - AVOID !!!!!

his company claims to have "easy returns" & a 30-day FREE trial clearly stated on their website. After receiving the product, I tried it on. The product is a foundation that they claim, "automatically matches your unique skin tone" It does not do that in any way, shape or form. Not only that, the product is cheap, has a chalky texture and is the exact opposite of water proof.   After requesting a return and refund well within their 30 day policy, they directed me to their return policy website, which states the item must be in its original packaging, not used, which is basically a scam because of course you have to try the product to see if it works. It then says that personal care products - which includes beauty products can NOT be returned at all. Since they ONLY sell beauty products - it makes it impossible to get a refund. They also do not allow returns on sale items. YET they provide every customer with a buy one get one free sale upon visiting their website. Once again, impossible to return or get a refund. This entire company is designed to manipulate, mislead and profit off of bad faith. I personally feel that they are operating with dishonest business practices. 

Horrible company, they state that there is a “30 day money back guarantee” and also “perfect match or your money back”…..this is from the website….

”We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and that's why we are offering a 30-Day Money-Back Gurantee! If you are not completly thrilled with the results, we will offer you a full refund. No questions asked!”

…..if you contact them wanting a refund because it’s a sh*t product, the message you get is….

Please accept our sincere apologies for the quality issues you've experienced with your order. We understand your frustration and take your feedback very seriously.
To be eligible for a refund, item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.
Additionally, orders that are on sale are nonreturnable items.
Here is a link to our refund policy. Please review this policy to see if you are eligible for a refund / replacement.”

So if you even open the product you’re not eligible for a refund, so you can’t actually try it…and they will not respond to you with anything other than that message…good luck 👍

I thought I was pale until I used this product. I'm not mad the product was a bust. I'm mad they lock you into a subscription. Like um. Where is the login panel so I can cancel. I don't see it. I have request more info multiple times. Im on the verge of doing a chargeback because they do not communicate.

SCAMMER!! Still haven’t received my order. It has been lodged with couriers but there is no further tracking. They have not responded to my email inquiry.

This product is a total waste. If you are a person of color and apply to your skin -- even a dab -- it does not blend into your skin, but does the opposite, leaves a pale residue like bad sunscreen.

I reached out to customer service for a refund and return and their reply was 'sorry you are disappointed, the cost to ship and return is more than the cost of the product you paid for as a promotion.'

This product over promises and under delivers if you are a person of color.

This product is shit if you are a person of color! Even applying a small dab leaves a pale residue on your skin like bad sunscreen.

When you contact customer service about their 30-day guaranteed refund, they explain you bought it at a promotional rate and the cost to send it back and restocking fee is more than the purchase.

If you are a person of color, this is a waste of your money - the product over promises and under delivers!

I feel bad that i didn’t check reviews on here before buying it . The worst foundation I tried on . Doesn’t match my skin color and makes my pores look even bigger . What a waste of money !
