Delivery was absolutly appalling was promised next day (Saturday) however website said would be monday so i assumed it would be monday, they then try to deliver on the saturday with no notice, fine thats no big deal they say they will try to deliver again sunday (That would be perfect because that is when i need the items) sunday comes and the driver instead of trying to deliver takes a photo of my wifes car from down the street, so we call and get told its our word vs his and he has photo evidence of the door so he did try to deliver (this is a blatant lie because my front door is on the side of my house and his photo was of the front of my house on the opposide angle to my door) probably will not use this service again and will be recommeding people go else where instead

Our tracking information shows that DPD made two delivery attempts. A redelivery request and service upgrade were then arranged directly with DPD for the 14th, when the order was successfully delivered. Had you contacted us while experiencing these difficulties, our team would have been happy to assist where possible.
