Fair-ish quality, fair-ish delivery time
It was OK. The prices are reasonable, but it took quite a long time (5+ days) to arrive and it wasn't tracked. Though for full disclosure, I didn't choose the £10 delivery service.
My main concern was the quality of the engraving itself. It was so faint as to be more or less illegible. I had to tilt it in the light to read the writing on it.
A couple of small points that may or may not be relevant to you. If I were to order the same items again, would I use TrophyStore? I likely would not.
Overall, I think "Fair" is a reasonable assessment.

Our engraving is created using a diamond cutting tip, which produces a subtle groove in the surface rather than adding colour to the lettering. On highly reflective plate and medal surfaces, this can mean the engraving appears more subtle and its visibility can vary depending on the lighting.
We appreciate your detailed and balanced feedback and are pleased you found our prices reasonable.
