Something is obviously going very wrong with Tripp. Their 5 year warranty is worthless. One of our cases has developed a major fault to the internal handle mechanism. Other customers with this fault have had this replaced under warranty, but Tripp has refused. The costs must be mounting up for them. Our case was used only twice, once for international travel and once for a UK trip. The case condition is superb, but Tripp claim that the case has been mishandled. This combined with the faults with their customer services phone line is disgusting.

Bought two suitcases for a trip to Australia, really liked the cases and fully intended to buy the large to complete the set, however the lock jammed on one of the cases and we had to break the lock to get in whilst on holiday. Things go wrong, and I’d hoped for an easy to arrange replacement suitcase, however after several emails I was offered a replacement lock which I would need to fit myself. I don’t think that after a few days of use it’s appropriate to offer a DIY solution for faulty goods and I’m unhappy with the way the fault has been managed by Tripp. Despite being really happy with every other aspect of these suitcases I wouldn’t recommend Tripp as the customer support experience for me fell way short of what I would expect for a simple replacement for faulty goods.

One of our suitcases developed a fault one of the whee requiring the wheel unit to be replaced but Tripp do not supply replacement wheels. As a result, the case is now going to be unnecessarily discarded or going to be fitted with non Tripp parts. Goes against everything we trying to do with circular economy.

I have tried without success to call Tripp. About a dozen times. They kept me on hold for almost half an hour each time, and then cut me off. I need to return 2 items of luggage. This came about because of their website crashing and me presuming they were not able to take my order, so I resubmitted the form. Again, it crashed. No confirmation of order, so I was shocked to discover they had billed me twice for 2 orders I had no way of knowing I had made. I no longer want the goods so please send me 2 return labels. I am disgusted with their level of customer service - what customer service? I messaged Tripp today and last Saturday, no response as yet

Very good customer service. I bought this suitcase 4 years ago and the inner zip broke. As this is still within the 5 yr warranty I emailed the company on a Saturday and they responded over the weekend. After showing pictures of the issue they dispatched a replacement case with no issue. Thanks

Thank you Kaye Bamford from Tripp UK. She was very helpful and understanding of my problem of my suitcase. Kaye helped me check if my case was in guarantee by explaining where the serial number was and sorted out a replacement in a couple of emails. This was completed in a very timely manner. Excellent customer service

I brought two black suitcases from this company very flimsy and the pull along handle doesn’t pull up I tried to call customer service held on the phone for 20 minutes and got cut off then I emailed a lady called Saha Gaskell in customer service who keeps asking for numbers on the case which I have sent twice then phoned again and asked for a call back but never got one steer clear from this cowboy company cheap imports from china
We purchased a Tripp cabin case from Amazon, when it arrived the netting inside was split we emailed Tripp customer support and they could not have been more helpful ,they replied the next day and said they are sending out a replacement. The advisor Sasha was outstanding, one very happy customer.

The rubber came off one wheel of my near new case I contacted Tripp and they asked for evidence pictures etc which I duly sent . I had a reply to say they don’t have replacements but wheels are readily available on Amazon !!!!!. I enquired would they purchase and replace for me if they are so readily available . Negative reply. Not happy at all with customer service . Case difficult to manoeuvre now . Hopeless

I bought 2 Escape suitcases at our local Tripp shop. After 2 uses the locks broke on both cases. I messaged Tripp customer service via their website to bring the faults to their attention, not expecting anything to be done but maybe be told to return to the shop I bought them from, which I would have be willing to do. However, I received a reply shortly after messaging them and sent the photos/proof they requested. They told me to choose 2 new cases to be sent as replacements. You can’t get better customer service than that. Melissa was polite, efficient and a credit to Tripp. The cases are great. Others in our family have them too and we have 2 hand luggage sized ones. Guess we were just unlucky with the locks on thise ones. I would definitely recommend/buy again

Thank you Kaye at Tripp Ltd. The wheel snapped of my suitcase and I thought it was going to be a nightmare trying to get it replaced. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly and efficiently it was dealt with by Kaye at Tripp Ltd. I have always purchased Tripp from the first time I brought one but this has made me even more loyal as a customer. Excellent customer service couldn't recommend it enough.

We saw two items of luggage to purchase but could not gain access to the extra discount offer.
We proceeded to purchase items without extra discount but informed their customer services.
Liane's swift response ensured that we received a refund of the additional amount - perfect result!

I bought several cases in Debenhams, before they closed in Ireland, in 2019.
They weren't used until post-COVID 2022. On the first trip a zip went on one of the suitcases.
I got in touch with Tripp UK and though it was very slow to resolve, I was patient because they are overrun this year with all the post-COVID traveling.
Sarah and Helen were amazing. All they needed was the code on the inside of the case.
Though it took a month to resolve, we received a brand new suitcase. They were kind and thoughtful and helped as quickly as they could and I'd happily recommend them to friends.
Anyone waiting, just keep in touch with them and it will be resolved eventually. I think the travel industry is overwhelmed this year and the traveling public need to keep faith and patience.
I had read some reviews about how poor Tripp customer service was, but I thought that was an exception. But now I realise that Tripp have zero customer service. I purchased cabin suitcase for a recent holiday. Before I arrived at my destination the front zip had broken. The handle sometime extended fully and sometimes only part way. This was a real pain getting on and off the airplane. I retuned the suitcase when I came home. It took two weeks and 3 messages to get any acknowledgement that my return had been received and now it’s approaching three weeks and I haven’t received my refund. I was told my refund would be processed today - no surprise I am still waiting. Certainly not impressed and wouldn’t purchase again from Tripp and hoping
Ordered two new large cases for my wife and I and we love them. Solid but light and very durable. We travel a lot so needed a good quality case.
I am amazed by the customer service experience I received from Trudy, she was efficient, helpful and kind while delivering excellent customer service!!
Thank you so much again! I can’t recommend the company enough!!
