Might I suggest you self assess and read the file yourselves. Overall I’m happy as I was paid in full the agreed value policy but it wasn’t really an easy journey. Now maybe some of that was me not fully trusting the process but a simple example is numerous phone calls to TL and NFU to get an email through. It took 2 weeks to resolve etc.
BE VERY CAREFUL
Well i have took an insurance out for my campervan through this underwriter this is on condition I fit a nano tracker which will be supplied free of charge and sent to my address. The problem is you are not insured for theft untill the tracker is fitted, I'm still waiting for the nano tracker to arrive. So basically if my van gets stolen I've lost £45000. I still can't get my head around this lots of sleepless nights a head waiting for the tracker to arrive. As the saying goes your insured till you make a claim.

I don’t wish to go into detail. The company knows what I thought of their service but they told me they had done nothing wrong so I doubt my comments would be acted upon. I will just say I was very disappointed.

Trinity made a very distressing situation as smooth and trouble free as possible
Following the burglary and thieft of my motorcycle the telephone contacts with Trinity were efficient and helpful and a visit from their investigator arranged within 4 days. After the visit and submission of my statement the claim was setteled within 2 weeks with no issues.

Have just received notification for repayment of uninsured loss on our caravan that should have been done immediately with our loss claim as you had all the paperwork ..... would like to think you might send the £200 DIFFERENCE for compensation for the time we have waited . Also just been told that my wife will not receive any part payment for her Landrover Insurance having sold the vehicle . Fast enough hiking the premium and wanting payment ....shame you don't see us as customers and not cash cows .
