All the reviews here are correct. This is a fake company designed for the sole purpose of robbing you off. I wish I saw it before I paid them $30 for a package that never existed. Stear clear!

FYI - I've been in communication with their so-called "support team" for the past month. They can't even provide a tracking number with genuine information about my package whereabouts. I got ripped off. Don't let it happen to you too.
And to think that I got to but their product through an Instagram ad just pisses me off. Scam!

Still no projector from this company who have stolen my money!! Have been given a fake tracking number which doesn't work. I've sent 2 emails demanding a refund and have had no response whatsoever! It's a scam - NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! I'm going to take the legal route now on principle. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY, EVER.

Ordered a christmas protector on the 20th of Nov still has not arrived this was for my granddaughter it is not right when you pay for something and it doesn't come it is now a week before Christmas so annoying and a disgrace

Ordered a Projector for Christmas early November - now a week until Christmas, and it has not arrived. I have emailed the Company several times, and they have not replied. I will be trying to get a refund via Paypal - I hope I get one! Seems this is a common problem!

I ordered a projector Nov 13 still hasn't arrived. Logged 5 emails and 3 phone calls. Is a scam, going to see if can get $ back through VISA. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Ordered a wonderland projector in October 2017. Its 1 week before Christmas and it has failed to arrive.
Last correspondence was 2 weeks ago and they stated that it was in customs and not there problem.
Tried to contact them. Demanded refund. No reply at all.
Dont use them....

Bought a Xmas item from this site which never arrived. The company only refunded 80% of the purchase price citing the courier (chosen by them) had lost it and therefore was not their fault!

Looks like i have the same issue as others.ordered a Christmas projector on 2nd dec. Chrismtas is 8 days away. All i get is rude emails saying be patient. A tracking number that dont work. Maybe they thought everyone wanted them for christmas 2018 not 2017. Bloody joke

Ordered a Christmas projector on the 3rd November, last update was the 20th Nov to say the order was ready. Now the 16th Dec, they don’t answer their phones, reply to voicemails, emails or contact via Facebook. Absolutely joke of a firm, appalling customer service

I ordered a projector on November 2nd and still haven't received my order. There is only 10 days until Christmas and the only response I received from Trendy Shack was that it was that my package was delayed at customs. Maybe you shouldn't sell goods that you don't inventory. I am one extremely dissatisfied customer.

ordered a xmas projector and not heard a thing since they took my money. It is now 15th December and I received a email on 20th November saying it is on its way. Tracker shows nothing has happened. Emailed customer service - no response. order number #95901. Beginning to think it is a con where they take your money and keep it. Not much use sending me a xmas item now. Will never use again and will probable have to go through fraud team on my payment method to get my money back

Ordered a Christmas projector on the 6/11. Supposedly 7-21 days to arrive. Still hasn't arrived 15/12. Company says its sitting in customs yet their own website tracker suggest it hasn't even left the company. Decide to make a claim through PayPal and company responds saying there's no tracking number so obviously gave me a fake one on their website. Trendyshack claim the item is lost in shipping and offer me 80% refund as "it's not their direct fault it's lost". Yeah not my direct fault either so why should I cop the loss? Escalated it to a PayPal claim now. Do NOT deal with this dodgy company EVER?

Extremely bad service... purchase something for the holiday and still awaiting without any news, just an excuse thstnis being held at customs... misleading stating was coming from US.... piece of CR&$ company.

I ordered a product from Trendy Shack the beginning of October 2017 and I am still waiting for it to arrive and it is now December 13th. I think two whole months is just a little too long to wait for delivery. I have been in touch with them many, many times and they keep telling me they have no control whatsoever over International shipping. What a lot of nonsense this is. They should have told me in the first place, that it would be this long for the order to be delivered and I would not ever have ordered it in the first place. I don't believe this store is a scam, but I certainly would not ever order from them again, no matter what and I am suggesting to everyone that they do not either. They won't be in business very long with this shipping method. I am wondering if I ever will get a credit for this item as I have never received it at all. Do yourself a big favour and never deal with Trendy Shack.
I just wish to tell you that I finally received my order today, December 15, 2017 and the ordered was shipped from wherever on October 16, 2016. This was my first and final dealing with Trendy Shack.

Order # 94403 was ordered Nov 1st 2017. Now its Dec 13th and still haven’t received anything. I’ve emailed customer service 3 times and NO response. Unacceptable. Will change my rating if I get a response and my package. Please contact me ASAP!!!

Ordered since Oct 14/2017. Still no merchandise and they are refusing to refund me. Filed fraud claim with my credit card company

Send money and no merchandise came back. Send 5 emails and ONLY received 1 response. Saying it was in transit. It's been more than 2 months. They suck

THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM, THEY KEEP GIVING LAME ANSWERS AS TO WHY PURCHASES HAVEN'T ARRIVED. BLAMING IT ON MALAYSIAN MAIL. WHATEVER. I SAID I WANTED A REFUND, NO ANSWER TO THAT. I WILL CONTINUE TO LET EVERYONE KNOW ON EVERY SITE POSSIBLE NOT TO PURCHASE FROM THESE PEOPLE.

I finally got my product so I am now happy !! I am not sure if I could chance it again HOWEVER I do believe in second chances hell I have had a few in my time !!! I will check to see if it is the correct product and will also check the quality !! I will remove all of my bad reviews if all is good
