Never order from this company. I ordered a mirror and it never arrived. Customer service is terrible and they do not take responsibility. Absolute joke.

Ordered several items, and after two months still no products. Stay away from this company. Even when you get in contact with them they tell you to wait longer. STAY AWAY from this scam company.

I have had my TrendyShack travel mirrore for two months and am very disappointed. First of all, the mirror is only attached to the plastic stand with double sided tape and I generally use the magnified side, so the mirror on the regular side is on the bottom and has fallen off. Fortunately it didn't shatter when it fell. I'd tried pressing it back on but less than 3 minutes later, it dropped of again. Also, the light while bright, is not a continuous ring like it looks in the pictures. It is several very bright individual bulbs which hurt my eyes when turned up bright and when dimmed, are too soft to illuminate anything. I was so looking forward to using this and am really disappointed. It is useless for me. Don't buy it!

Never again ,trendy shack .I am still waiting for my order,nobody can tell me were it is ,already for two months .The only thing i now is where my money is .Its gone .👎👎👎👎👎

Ordered two magnifying mirrors. They took forever to come and twice I was issued bogus laser ship tracking numbers. The gems arrived yesterday and I sent an email asking how I could return them. I was told that I had to ship the items back to China! When I ordered from Trendy Shack I had no idea the items were coming from China. The message said IF the vendor decided to they could issue a refund. Trendy Shack took no ownership. Realizing that it would cost more to ship and pay customs I opened the mirrors up. They are supposed to be magnifying mirrors with lights. Neither of the mirrors lights work! Horrible company avoid like the plague. Also the phone number they state is 24/7 always states that they have a high call load no one ever returns calls.

So finally got the product......Horray.....however it was missing the battery. The case showed a place for a battery, but guess what.......MISSING!!!!! Only goes to show you.........never, ever order from TrendyShack

Your excuses are pretty similar from one case to the next. Have you offered anyone 80 percent of their money yet. I ordered the projecter 3 months ago. You never did give me a shipping number. Then its held at customs;;; no;;; I phoned. Then its lost and you offer 80 percent of my money back. You took 100 percent. There are so many other people you have done this to. You should be ashamed.

I ordered a Christmas projector on November 1st. On November 20th I received an email saying my order had been shipped. It is now January 9th and still no projector. I have emailed several times, tried calling with no response at all. I have tried to track the package with no luck. This is horrible customer service! Never again will I order from them or recommend them. Now to see if my credit card company can do anything about this!

Back in October 2017 I ordered two Flawless Mini Hair Removal items online from Trendy Shack. I have yet to receive my order almost 3 months later. I get nothing but excuses, the first being it takes 18-25 business days for international shipments. After 25 days passed I sent an email, and my response that I got back was that it was stuck in customs and to be patient just a little longer. Two months went by and still I’ve yet to receive my order. It’s one excuse after another, it’s the holiday season, it’s in transit, but I’ve yet to receive a definitive answer and ETA of my order. I contacted Canada Post to track my order only to be told they cannot track my package due to the origin of it. So frustrating!!!! Amex is now launching an investigation into my missing package. STAY AWAY FROM TRENDY SHACK!!!!!!! Very poor customer service, they take your money and you don’t receive your packages. Total scam!!!!

I ordered a projector with Christmas Scenes for my 9 Year Twins, at the beginning of November.

By the beginning of December nothing had arrived & the tracking seem to be in Limbo.

I sent 7 emails & phoned on a number of occasions & did not receive a single reply & obviously have never received the projector.

This is the worst company i have ever dealt with so use them at your peril.

Not even worth a one star! I am appalled at the service of this company, well there is no service!! I was told delivery 21 - 28 days. It is twice that now and no sign of a Christmas present! Mid Jan now. I have had replies to my emails but the usual “ it’s in the post”
Please don’t use this company!!!

Bad overall service. No response to emails and thank goodness I was able to recover my monies via PayPal. Purchased the item in October and made a claim in late December. Terrible but thank you PayPal for your support.

Ordered on November 4th. It is now January 2nd and Trendyshack has stopped answering emails and phone number goes straight to message stating they are helping other customers. I just think trendyshack is way over their head and cannot supply all the products they promise.
I personally have contacted my bank to refute the credit card charge. Hopefully it turns out that the package is stuck in customs but I doubt very much that a package would sit in customs for 5+ weeks. Tracking number does not work and when I emailed to get name of shipping company that’s when the emails stopped being replied to.

I bought the LED lighted travel mirror on 12/4/17, still didn’t arrive....I regret ever dealing with this company. My orde # is 107414...is it still coming.

Trash, garbage, worst customer service, tracking updates don’t provide details just that it left and it arrived, used a lame excuse that the country was under attack and took 5 days to start shipping process. Ordered 11/28/17 delivered 12/29/17. Trash trash trash, do not use TrendyShack for anything, ever!

Parcel never arrived . Emaileed and no response. Very disappointed

I responded to a slick facebook ad as many of you have or maybe you saw it on instagram. They gave a false US Postal delivery number for tracking on Nov 4 2017 . I went to the US postal service office in Point Roberts and they verified it was not theirs. When I complained on their web site support I did not get any response which I gather if normal. Then because I used PayPal which is an excellent service they did respond saying they were informed by the carrier the parcel was lost and because it was out of their control offered a 80% refund which is again word for word their standard reply along with parcel delayed in Customs. I have now escalated the claim in PayPal and will see what happens. Based on all the reviews I am surprised that PayPal still allows them to have an account.

Beware! This is not a reputable site! You will order and not receive you product. It is a scam!

I also ordered Xmas projector 5th November and still haven't received it.I had one email reply two weeks ago saying it was stuck in customs nz.and now no replies since I have asked for a refund

I ordered a Christmas Projector on November 6th and still haven't received my order. There is only 2 days until Christmas. I have sent 3 emails to the Company and the only response I received from Trendy Shack was that it was that my package was delayed at customs.
It is quite apparent that this Company is a Scam Operator. I will attempt to get a refund through PayPal.
