Enjoy using my new app for shopping and selling. I have to mention that Trendsales’s support is a real existing support. I report a fishing account and they respond me in less than a day. The support team showed their appreciation for reporting with 20 boosters.
The price they take from each item you sell is more than ok for such a great support they show for users.

It’s gradually getting worse and worse
It’s gradually getting worse and worse. People sell fake items, doesn’t live up to the deals, or own businesses and uses TS to avoid the customer’s right to return an item bought online. Moreover, the TS app sucks big time. Notifications that you can get rid of even when you reinstall the app etc.

However, we are a bit unsure how you find users to use Trendsales as an excuse for not returning an item. On Trendsales you are always covered if the item does not live up to the description, you can simply report this through the app and our Trade Resolution team will have your back.
This of course also counts if you unfortunately find yourself to have bought a replica item, though we are taking more initiatives everyday to combat the replica items on Trendsales. We also close down accounts selling replica items.
Finally you mention not being able to turn off notifications. This sounds like a technical error that we would like to fix with you! We are unable to find your profile from your info here on TrustPilot, but please reach out to our support, who will help you.

Trendsales is the best
Trendsales is the best platform for buying and selling second hand clothes. Local and with a huge base of users, it makes it easy to sell and to find what you are looking for or inspiration. I have not bought new clothes for over a year now!
