I love all of the educational materials…

I love all of the educational materials that are included with this company. I love how they allow you to set up your children. I really love the savings accounts and interest rates that go with them.

Painfully Slow Payment Transfers to Children’s Accounts

Payment transfers are almost immediate from my checking account but are painfully slow to transfer to children’s accounts. Inexcusable in this day and age of instant payment transfer. Will probably go with Venmo after my son’s 13th birthday which is the only prerequisite for that payment method. Tired of getting alerts for a problem with my payment method when Acorns doesn’t seem to have an issue withdrawing funds, like I said almost immediately….

Transfers made through a linked bank account can take approximately 2–3 business days to fully process and appear in your Acorns Early account. During this time, the funds may already show as withdrawn from your bank account while the transfer remains in flight to us.

If you would prefer funds to be available immediately, we recommend using a debit or credit card, as these payments are processed into your account instantly.

Horrible customer support

I sent an email to get a new card to my new address and had zero response. When I called the customer service number I got a message stating the phone is not working and that's when I sent an email and zero response. I'm getting ready to cancel
