Ok but not great

I originally gave a one star review titled ‘avoid at all costs’ having had such a terrible experience with the company. The company have since reached out to me to rectify the issue, although I will still say that I think this company is incredibly disorganised. We have exchanged many emails, and have come to a conclusion where I have been offered a free course. I am happy with this outcome but I will say that it was a headache to get to this point. The company asked me to update my review and so I am being honest - I’m happy with the outcome, but would rather things went smoothly from the get go.

I have tried to reach out 4 times on…

I have tried to reach out 4 times on the online customer service support with no response. I purchased 2 vouchers via WagJag and both are coming up as invalid on the Trendimi site. Terrible customer experience so far. Also reached out to Wagjag with no response on a possible refund since Trendimi is not engaging.
Edited Jan 22: After posting this review the Trendimi team has reach out directly and assisted to resolve my voucher issues. I appreciate their quick response.

No Customer Support

I purchased a voucher via Wowcher and followed the instructions to redeem my course on the 22nd of December 2021. Trendimi's system did not recognise my voucher code so I contacted them for support via the contact form.
I have contacted them 3 times using this method with not so much as an automated acknowledgement email in response and we are well out of Trendimi's claim to respond within 24 hours.
I was looking forward to this course so I am disappointed in the lack of any support I received and of course will look to get a refund from Wowcher.

Update: I provided them the info requested via TP. Submitted another (4th) customer service contact form - the only way to contact them - still no response from this directly however following my TP review, Michael (Team Leader) kindly responded. Although a little late perhaps as Wowcher has now provided a refund, Michael's email was appreciated as it was professional, supportive and acknowledged my frustration. I may try again in the future, hopefully with more success.

Terrible im trying to change my name and last name because it was connected to my Google account and no one hasn't reply me back I don't even have their phone number so I cannot start my course without changing my name and last name, their customer service is terrible

I purchased this course through Groupon…

I purchased this course through Groupon and it said the price was one thing and when I signed it wouldn’t let me open up any course modules without paying an additional fee. This is a scam and want a refund or to receive what was advertised through Groupon.

I really enjoyed every moment of this…

I really enjoyed every moment of this course. I normally get bored quickly and not as motivated as I should be but doing this course was one of the things I will never regret. Absolutely loved it! Great learning material. I was actually excited while studying. It was easy to navigate around the site, videos were clear and straightforward. The exams were straightforward.
