Your course was activated on December 15, 2025, which automatically started the standard 60‑day study period that applies to all voucher‑based enrollments. This timeframe is displayed directly inside your course campus through a visible countdown clock, so students can always see how many days remain.
Our system also sent multiple reminder emails, including one 14 days before your access expired. These were successfully delivered on our end, though they may sometimes be filtered into spam or promotions folders.
The 60‑day period exists because it is part of the agreement with partners such as Groupon, whose promotional vouchers are designed around short, structured access windows. This is what allows these courses to be offered at a very low price.
Your course was fully accessible during the entire study period, and our support team responded to all your messages to provide clarification.
If you would like to continue your studies, you still have options such as course extensions or our membership plans, which remove time limits entirely.

It was always a dream to enroll in this TEFL course, then it became a reality. It was never easy to indulge myself into making the decision, but eventually I did. First I want to say the customer service people (Xisca) has been a lifesaver! I was having an issue (self made) with one of the courses certification. As I stated, it was my fault, but they were extremely patient, (literally many emails!), with me and my situation. I’m older and not great at computer stuff, but these courses were very easy to follow and take notes. I highly recommend these courses! And this is a great online Academy! Thank you for all your help. Also, it’s a great way to keep older minds, like mine active!

The Helpdesk is very helpful if you have an issue
I have just signed on for a beginner’s drawing and painting four course bundle through another provider. When I couldn’t access the courses the provider fobbed me off and asked me to contact International Open Academy myself. Well I didn’t have to because they noticed I’d been trying to”buy” these courses and sent me a reminder to finish the process. I got back to them via that sales email letting them know what was going on and Xisca on the help team got back to me promptly and immediately fixed the issue with no fuss. I’ve now watched the introduction section of one of the courses and it seems good. So this is a review of the academy, particularly how they help when you have an issue, I will review the courses later. Thanks very much!

To clarify, the free Proof of Completion is available inside your student dashboard, but it does require navigating to the correct section of your course, which can sometimes be missed.
Once you’re logged in to your account, you can find all your documents by opening the “My Documents” folder in your account menu. Any Proofs of Completion or certificates issued to you will appear there in PDF format.

My Experience with the 120-Hour TESOL Course
My experience with International Open Academy was truly excellent. The modules from 1 to 10 were informative, well-structured, and refreshing. Every lesson provided practical, useful insights.
