I got my first grills and a custom pendant made by TraxNYC and I really like them. The quality is great and so is their customer service. There was a small delay because of the holidays, but they sent my items overnight for free, so I got them really fast after they were shipped. I'm happy with everything, even though I was worried about buying custom jewelry online at first.

I bought a 1,400 14k Cuban necklace back in august didn’t think about getting it checked because it was from trax recently went to get it checked just for fun an turns out it’s not real it didn’t pass the magnet test the hole necklace got stuck to it so I called they said send it in that they were gonna check it and send it back in less then a week it’s been over a week I’ve called multiple times they say they will call back an don’t then they say that the people that check it is not there that they should have it check by the next day I call an they said it hasn’t been checked I ask for a full refund they said no since i bought it 3 months ago then one lady says they can for a restocking fee of 60? Even though they sold me a fake necklace I still need to pay them a restocking fee so I finally say that’s fine then lady said well I’ll call you back tomorrow to see if they can still do it I tried the magnet test at home to with a smaller magnet an it still got stuck so all in all bad customer service an fake gold if you bought anything from there I suggest you get it checked.

I have started purchasing here in 2019 with just a small basic black diamond bracelet, as I continued forward with life in general and wanted to upgrade my jewelry the Trax team has always been helpful, and transparent in the quality and everything I am buying. If you have a chance and are shopping I highly recommend visiting the store, the team over there is super friendly as well.

I ordered a Gucci Men's diamond watch, received a text from a Paolo whom Ive never heard of prior , my sales rep is Amy, Paolo offered a different model watch with $150 off. Amy was clueless about situation, saying the item I ordered is available . I then attempted to cancel, both Paolo and Amy refused, Amy alternated back and forth saying she can't cancel, also saying cancelation would result in a store credit ..Paolo offered to discount the watch, place diamonds on entire piece..I took how offer to cover item in diamonds because I wanted to use credit from a prior layaway order which was cancelled. . Paolo then shifted his story yet again saying he couldn't cover item in diamonds ..I then attempted to reach owner, Max, was told he is not available , does not take calls , which is convenient .. I was then put in touch with Liam whom is supposedly another manager, aside from Paolo...I believe Liam is actually Paolo using a different name and number..I was assured the i
sides of band would have diamonds as well, however, to date , I have still not received item . I Placed the order on March 23..

Melissa tried to give me a 10 k Chain when I had purchased a 14k chain. They are giving people 10k Gold and lying to Customers telling them its 14k Gold.. Please go get ALL your Gold bou from TRAXNYC checked for Authenticy. And also check your DIAMONDS they are passing off Masonite Stones as Diamonds.. Max is Nothing but a FRAUD,SCAMMER. HE AND HIS WORKERS ARE ALL SCAMMING PEOPLE EVEEY DAY. HE SELF PROCLAIMS TO BE SO HONEST IN HIS UTUBE VIDEOS. HIPOCRISY

Purchased a Diamond gold Cuban bracelet and was told it would be ready in a about two weeks. It is now going on almost a month now and still nothing. This is a piece i really wanted to have in time for my birthday and I feel like i was duped in to purchasing the bracelet by being led to believe it would be here in time. Very unprofessional….

My wife, wanted to buy a very expensive ring. She brought me a necklace as collateral. The $10,000 necklace broke within a year. I took the Necklace to New York in September. I have the claim ticket and a signed business card from the manager. It is two months later, I have filed a BBB complaint and I will file a CIvil Complaint. Whats crazy is I eventually paid for the bracelet! Im out $10,000 Buyer Beware!! They do not deserve a star because they defrauded a customer who is a Pastor

Outstanding customer service and down to earth staff.

They uploaded a video advertising a certain price. The same day I messaged them and they stated it’s an old video. Pathetic and incompetent. FAKE ADVERTISING
