Just horrible!

I don't know where to start: Hidden fees, awful support. Can't send e-mails, only online contact.

NEVER going to use it again.

Went through the proces. Get the travelconfirmation. But - surprice - out of nowhere - we were told that we now have an annual membership costing us 889 DKK, and now we had to use time to cancel that.
No e-mail info. The phone is a bot.
We'll never use Travellink again!

There no real way to cancel your prime with email. You speak about the email adress where you can quit it but its nowhere to be seen.

Very easy to find flights and pay.
Xtra for membership with discount.

I was promised a refund from Turkish Airlines but they kept saying the ticket is nonrefundable even though I just did what the airline told me to. They don’t reply to their emails, the chat bot doesn’t work fast u have to wait so long, and they don’t even have a working phone number in Finland, they scam people!! Be careful!!!

If I could give Travellink zero stars, I absolutely would.

This has honestly been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a travel website. First of all, their so-called “customer service” is a complete joke. When you try to call them, you don’t even get a real person — just some useless AI bot that doesn’t help with anything. No matter what you ask, it just goes in circles and solves absolutely nothing.

But it gets worse.

They charged money from my account for a hotel booking that was never even confirmed — and was actually rejected. So there we were, stuck without a place to stay, forced to find and pay for another hotel last minute, which of course cost us even more money.

When we contacted them to explain the situation, they casually told us we would get a refund. Sounds great, right? Except… the money never came back. Just empty promises and no actual action.

This company is completely unreliable, unhelpful, and frankly feels like a scam. Avoid Travellink at all costs. Save yourself the stress, the wasted time, and the lost money.

Stay far, far away — this is absolute trash.

Almost impossible to cancel the membership.

Ticket cancelled at airport, unable to travel. No clear reason. Refund promised but not delivered.
Even one star is too many. Criminal behaviour in my opinion

They NEVER reply. Every booking has an issue. Wether it's a flight on the wrong date. Your birthday automatically added with a random birthdate (can't change it online yourself, wait in line for 45mins at 2am to fix it, only for them to "fix it" wrong TWICE)! Hotels are all a scam. Pictures look nice, reality is you'll end up in a cockroach infested slum crawling with prostitutes. Diabolical. They refund nothing. Not even the middle east flights cancelled by the airline. By law they need to refund these. Nothing. I am left with no choice but to sue them. Avoid this agency at all cost. Biggest scam site you'll ever encounter. Spare your mental health and save a lot more money booking anywhere else. You'll "save money" on deals that will land you re-booking everything and paying triple the cost.
