Found a cheap price online for our trip…
Found a cheap price online for our trip to turkey,so went along to travel house in georseinon and saw lindsey to speak to a person rather than just book online. Gave her our destination and hotel. Where she price matched and told us all about the trip and what to expect. Lindsey made us fell comfortable and gave us the confidence to book with her there and then.what a credit to the company she is . Will go see lindsey from now on.

Second time to book a holiday with…
Second time to book a holiday with Craig at the Travel house we find his customer service exemplary, He remembered our requirements from the previous holiday we booked with him and applied it to this one, also needed a problem sorting out with a pre paid credit card which was quickly resolved by the lady on the cash desk i think for the future we will always use Travel house Cwmbran

Use a travel expert
I had been shopping around on line for different prices and thought I would try travel house, not expecting them to even come close so it was more curiosity than anything.
I gave my requirements to Kaylee, it was quite complicated as we needed two rooms for myself and friends( pensioners) she got back to me the following day, I was very happy with the outcome but my friends preferred to book on line as theirs was coming in quite a bit cheaper, I thought I would ring Kaylee in a couple of days to tell her we booked online, however, Kaylee phoned me back after explaining the situation she looked at it again came up with a great deal for both parties so we booked it that day. Since booking with travel house we have learned there are things many companies on line are not covered with.
Kaylee has gone above and beyond to meet our needs so I would highly recommend her and we will be booking in the future with travel house Llanelli. We are pensioners that travel very frequently and like to get the best deals so it’s a win win for travel house and us.
