Sophie, better than online
Sophie, an agent, was knowledgeable polite and helpful. Although you can achieve a lot with an online booking . You cannot achieve that personal approach. Sophie tailored the holiday to meet our requirements talking directly with the holiday booking agent to establish the availabilty of the room we wanted to book but were unable to do so online. A most satisfactory outcome and a company we will use again.

Good prompt efficient service
We gave them a list of requirements which they fulfilled at a cost that we considered reasonable. The itinerary which was researched and provided by their travel consultant was just what we wanted. Would recommend.
