Cancelled flights, no response
It has been 10 days since I have contacted Travelgenio about my unexpected flight cancellations, with zero feedback.
I have emailed all the available email addresses with no response.
I would like the full refund of my tickets since it was an airline cancellation and not my own. I do not want new tickets as I have already had to rebook my own.
Travelgenio, you need to reply to your customers as this is not acceptable at all.

Terrible costumer service
I need to change my flight and I've been trying to communicate with someone, and I've been waiting for a response for weeks now. Do not book through this website, they don't even have a number to call and get in contact with them, completely disappointed with this urgent situation.

I want to review my experience because honestly if it weren’t because of Costumer Service I’d have lost my money. I made a mistake on one of the tickets in a surname and the airline refused to change it. I admit it was my mistake however they told me I had to get new ticket altogether.
Travelgenio was very supportive and although it wasn’t quickly fixed, they charged me only 50€ for this change (against fully having to pay for a new one). They even made an exception to have the change made in advance as my trip was a few months ahead and they usually made changes a couple of weeks prior.

Still waiting for my refund that Ryanair did to them in December. Never use this website, absolute scum.

Hello travellers, please AVOID this company. Customer care is BELOW zero. They are "unable" to match your payments automatically and want you to call tell again to "find the payment". Additional approx. 50 minutes on the phone to receive same information e-mailed before. Then they simply hang up. I think I have lost my money and do not even know if the rescheduled my flight.

I need my confirmation code for my Wizz air flight tonight. I have tried several times to use the locator number you gave me and it did not work. Here is the number, please help 20475401

Do not use @travelgenio they have the worst support (if you ever get through), don't follow through on their packages and don't try to help. Today alone I waited an hour on the phone only to have the customer service rep hang up on me after putting me on hold again for 15 min.

I called back again and after 30 minutes a rep picked up, put me on hold, told me it's my banks fault (even though I tried paying with two credit cards that I've confirmed are working and their payment processor clearly was making an error as NULL was listed under my name), then hung up on me.

I've emailed them multiple times and there is no help. I even included screenshots of the above issue. Avoid using them

Im writing this review regarding my booking reference No. 19675068 which confirmed by travelgenio
Airlines has reschedule the dates of return ticket which is impossible to travel it was booked with thai airlines connecting flight from delhi to bangkok to jakarta on 4th February nand it has been changed delhi to bangkok on 8 th February 2022 and bangkok to jakarta is still same on 4th February.
travelgenio has confirmed it and send me an email that we will process your refund within 12 weeks, on travelgenio website it was stated as well till 25th april that refund is in process now travelgenio website shows that i do not have any reservations with them ever.
some more refunds team sending me email that my refund application is closed but the website said refund is in process, i have also communicated with customer service team and explained them the issues they keep saying we are working on it but nothing has happened, i have tried calling customer care numbers but some the numbers are not working and rest they wont answer it is hard to call from another country to them as it is so expensive.
The worst thing is thier website wont recognize my reservation anymore which was stated in process 2 days ago

I need assistance because i have insert the wrong email durng the reservation. But there is no point of contact with them to change the email. I am worried is a scum company.

Their customer service email address is no longer responding to my follow up emails. Eva Air made an involuntary cancellation to one of my flights and I’m asking if they will rebook it to another airline or issue a refund. They are really unresponsive.

Below zero points if you could. I booked tickets for Istanbul with Turkish Airlines. Reservation code 20467171. Even after 72 hours I did not receive the tickets .... on My Trips it was written that they were still being processed. I checked with Turkish Airlines that there are no ticket reservations. I canceled the reservation, maybe you will return some of my money. Canceletion code CA-130345. I booked directly with the airline in 2 minutes I had the tickets after I paid. You are a thief, you should be banned from all airline ticket sites.

Hello, they only reply here. My ticket has been cancelled and it's been over 72 hours there's no refund there's no sign of my booking. Reference I'd is 20235602.
This company is a total fraud. They say they will refund the money but they haven't and neither are any traces of my booking found luckily i have screenshots to prove them. They have deleted all the status queries from their app travelgenio.com this company is a HUGE FRAUD.
PLEASE HELP ME GET BACK MY MONEY it's a big amount for me and it really means alot to My family. Please help me get my money back. They are only playing games with customers.
They will reply on this app but after that no one will bother to give you any help.
They are the biggest criminals trying to scan money from people's hard earned.
If they made a mistake the last they can do is atleast send back my money they have wiped out the entire booking from their page we cannot even check and track the status of refund or anything for that matter. To everyone out here reading this review BEWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS.
ALSO, I've filed a complaint in the consumer court on cyber crime they in sure they'll take an action, before that I request trust pilot to officially rate travelgenio as scammers. And help other people from losing their money.
Please help. If you can help me get my refund back please. I'm definitely going to seek for more legal help and do everything i can and help others not get scammed if i don't get my refund

We bought three airplane tickets from Ljubljana to New York and back on 21.10.2019 with outbound flight 1.4.2020 till now we didnt get the 1,444.71 EUR back, so F....K OFF Travelgenio we wrote at least 50 emails till now no answers and no money back.

Very bad service this is fraud company TRAVELGENIO eating customers money and not giving refund when asked they say they have already done a refund I called up Oman air and they said the ticket was not cancelled when called to ask about the ticket information they just don’t pick up calls and when they do pick up they just transfer to someone or the other and just hang up Scam company they said they are going to email me in a few hours and haven’t emailed me yet

Stay away from these thieves at all costs. Use different 'middle man' but use them at your own risk. They literally stole my money. I took the cancellation insurance and everything and they have denied my refund and now sleeps on my money. The Turkish Airlines cancelled the flights (which I know I have to claim direct) but I could not use the return flight (which was not cancelled by the provider and these thieves should have refunded for that). Customer service is responding but useless with their template generic replies.

I booked a flight and about five minutes later I received an email that they had to cancel my booking because of the airline. Nevertheless, they still charged me and I'm still waiting for my refund. They shouldn't advertise flights if the airline no longer has seats available!

Update: after my tenth call today (the day of the flight) they requested that I pay twice my original ticket price to rebook the flight or alternatively they would refund a quarter (!!!!) of the original ticket price for half of the ticket. So effectively they stole a quarter of the ticket price plus fees! They charged fees to my CC without any authorization. AVOID THESE CRIMINALS AT ALL COSTS!!!

The airline cancelled my flight. I have been calling and waiting for Travelgenio‘s action to provide a refund or an alternative FOR OVER A MONTH NOW. They have told me several times that they would put me in another flight and that I just have to wait for a confirmation so far no there hasn‘t been any response despite my numerous calls! My flight would be tomorrow and I still have nothing! I‘m going to loose my money in a very expensive BUSINESS CLASS ticket. For such a ticket I‘d have expected a minimum of decency such as actually being able to fly!
The airline claims that only Travelgenio may change the ticket so BEWARE AS YOU EFFECTIVELY BECOME THEIR HOSTAGE!!!!
These people are criminals! They already charged my credit card with their fees for moving my flight, but haven‘t provided anything for it.
Avoid at all costs!

Useless customer service, I paid 60 usd for customer service and I feel robbed, I asked several things and they never answer.

Flight got cancelled by the airline, Travelgenio didn't even inform me. I called them several times today, waited for hours on the phone and they hung up every single time. What the Hell?
