Rates are quite good
Rates are quite good so I’ve been using travelex for sometime now buying various currencies depending on where we are traveling to. They usually try and give smaller denominations however this is not guaranteed. It would be good to be able to nominate preferences. Also lead time is a little long to pick up locally. It would be good to have a faster service.

Seamless way to get your foreign currency.
Simple to order and pay online then pick up the foreign currency in store from the friendly staff member. The communication by Travelex was very clear. No hidden fees. Will definitely use Travelex again.

I liked how easy it was to order online. I didn't like getting a $100 bill when I advised it was for a holiday. It would be good if you could say what you wanted. Eg. small notes

Good but disappointed with change
Tried to use my phone app to purchase funds but it no longer uses Bpay..............
Reverted to the website to use Bpay for payment of the purchase which was quite simple.
My point is your going backwards no longer Bpay on the app.............................
