I booked my ticket through Traveasy but they didn't helped me so i tried to manage my booking though Indigo but Indigo clearly said that i have to change my flight booking though Traveasy only so i called again thier customer care and a lady named Simran asked me to pay 3500 dirham to change my booking which is equivalent to 100 K indian rupees.Moreover she said that if i cancel mh booking then ill get less than 20% amount of my paid amount so in this way they making fool their customers.
I request everyone to please stay away from Traveasy as they are not more than a fraud travel company.
