Overall very satisfied with the quality of the furniture and the support. I received updates throughout the process on when my furniture was being made, prepared for shipping, and when it shipped. I had multiple pieces in my order between all the chairs, table, bench, and coffee table. I had a couple minor issues. Contacted customer support and they reviewed and resolved my issues faster than their stated response times. The support portal was easy to use and I received a couple replacement pieces within a week. I appreciate the fact they stood behind their product and resolved my issues fast.
I’m very happy that I chose to buy from this company. The furniture is solid and built to last.
