I did not order the table
I did not order the table. This review is for your phone service.
Initially, I placed an order for a table. After I placed the order, I received a call less than 10 minutes later, offering a discount that could not be applied after the order. That was a little disappointing. Your sales team should have been able to 1.) handle the change in charge, or 2.) transfer me immediately to someone who could.
Then the same individual called multiple times, offering the same discount. Each time I told her we had just spoken, she apologized for the mistake and said it was a phone system error. Somehow, my phone number should be removed from the "potential sales list" when an order is placed.
I then cancelled the order because I found a table I preferred for a lower price. Again, this cancellation request was made shortly after the original order, yet it took 3 days to process on your end. During this time, I still received calls to offer me a discount, encouraging me to place an order.
I'm sure the table is fine, and your sales support, ordering, and cancellation teams are friendly but a little slow or behind on real-time updates.

Awful, not built to last at all.
Awful. Bought two of these plus benches. They have both had major structural issues after just over a year of occasional use (these are in a vacation home that is only occupied 40% of the time).
Both tables having the same issues after just a year and they won't offer any support. They advertise these as long lasting, as they should be for the price! However they are not made to last at all. They are constantly chipping and we've had to continuously reinforce the support legs. They are almost beyond repair at this point and the company won't honor their claims that these tables should last. Deeply disappointing. Feels like they know these issues but refuse to stand by their products.

Poor Quality. Bad company
The chairs were small and uncomfortable. We sent them back and the company said they never received them despite receipts from delivery company. After one year of very little use, the laminated tops of two leaves lifted and cracked. We maybe used them a dozen times and had no water damage. It was beyond their one year warranty so company said “sorry” but offered no refund or exchange.
Multiple reviews on Reddit warn of this company- wish I had read about it first. DONT BUY. Cool extension but poor quality

I love this unique dining set
I love this unique dining set. It reminds me of my childhood we used to have 2 long bench part of our dining set too. But this is completely amazing that it can transform into different sizes. Living in a small place you want to have sleek cozy space yet functional. I love to cook and host dinner but I cannot accommodate all around the table at the same time now everyone can sit, eat, laugh and enjoy every meal and no one will miss every precious moment. Bench crack, no-hassle replacement
Andrew n your customer service was patient while we struggled to take pics to clarify our issue. After ether last pics he promptly sent an email that our replacement bench is on its way. We completely understand things happen and wood can sometimes be unpredictable when it comes to stress points. We LOVE our table and it has made my husband's puzzling so much easier with more room and he can slide on the bench to find what he needs. As well as, now we have a table that will accommodate all our family when they come for a meal or holidays. Thank you Andrew!
