It is really bad

It is really bad. They don't want to deliver my package at my address. They say it was attempted but not delivered.
Hope they go bankrupt soon

Just dont use this company

Just dont use this company. They delivered only 1 of 2 parcels yesterday and since then there is no update anymore. I cannot build the desk because the other parcel is still missing. Tried to call CS phone 100 times no answer. I hope this company goes to bankruptcy soon, so they dont waste time for so many people

Terrible delivery logistics, tracking etc

The shipment was delayed, which was okay. But they delivered without any advance notification, no timeslot,no call, I was just waiting at home whole day just to be told that only one package out of 3 was here!!! 2 days later, the delivery status changed again, said it was out for delivery, again, with no prior notification, no call, no message! At first the tracking showed that there was only one stop left before my stop, then the whole live tracking thing disappeared!I was again waiting at home for the whole day for the delivery!!! Now at 17:30, the delivery status is still out for delivery and I am still waiting!! I will NOT buy from any companies that use them for the delivery service again! Such a waste of my time!!!

Simply useless

Simply useless!

Business customer here, 3rd shipment to be delayed for over a MONTH! coming from Netherlands To Germany. (Yes trans-O-USELESS has done this 3 times now with different shipments)

I have requested NO more shipments be sent with trans o flex, I have never experienced a service this bad, one shipment is still in transit! Simply useless, just do everyone a favor and close the this company and be done with you.............and just once more to confirm...SIMPY USELESS!

WORST DELIVERY EVER.

WORST DELIVERY EVER.
I waited all day for the delivery 2 days in a row, I got a notification prior to that for both days - twice nobody called, nobody rang the doorbell (I even put a large paper on the door with a arrow pointing to my door bell with the correct name on it). Both times, only after calling them I got told there was a delivery attempt although I was there all the time waiting for the parcel. Also not even a notification form their side. Now they offer a pick up 70km away, 1:40h with public transport.

The worst delivery experience ever

I don't understand how they are allowed to operate. They simply refuse to deliver the package. They postpone it day by day until never hear from them again. Custom service is not willing to resolve the issue and will cut you off at some time. I lost a package worth at least 150 EUR and there is nothing you can do about it.

Terribly disrespectful

They are constantly postponing a delivery that should have happened 4 days ago! After I talked with a employee yesterday that assured me that I would receive it today, I call them today and they tell me I will receive it in 2 days.

Be more respectful with your customers.

I will not buy again from any company using the services of this carrier.

Never ever

First of all, sorry for my english, it is not quite good. This is the worst delivery company ever... They left my package, in front of our house, almost on the street, and they didn't announced me about it. I have got only an e-mail, that the package is delivered, after 10 days of waiting....other delivery companies need 3 days in case of the same order to deliver. Package tracking, is just as awful as the whole delivery process. This was my first met with this delivery company,but the last!!

Delivery 5* / Support 0

I was worried by all the bad reviews - To rate the delivery - awesome. 1 day after ordering the package arrived early in the morning (7:24) no damage to the package - delivery man helped to get the heavy package into the elevator (alone with covid 19 and all - he even asked to wait upstairs)

Now to the strange part - the tracking of the package was non existent. The hotline is meh, and the email support not responsive at all.

So I struggled with the rating.
I understand people wanting to know where stuff is all the time and instantaneously. We are used to it through dhl and ups or Amazon. So that is definitely something to improve on for TOF.
Since the delivery was basically instant and the delivery man very helpful and kind I decided to give it a 5 star raiting - support should get 0 stars tho.

This is the worst delivery company

This is the worst delivery company. I don't even understand how they are allowed to still deliver. They have no idea what they are doing, have no customer service and fail to to what they are paid to do: deliver! Never received my package.

A complete waste of time

A complete waste of time. I don't usually write reviews but I want to say something here because of how terrible and frustrating my experience was. I ordered a monitor from Office Partner, which was meant to be delivered by trans-o-flex in '1-2 working days'. After a week got an email saying the delivery was unsucessful - even though I was at home ALL THE TIME waiting. I called them up - this was on a Friday - they were very unfriendly but I managed to make them agree to re-plan the delivery for the Monday. Nothing came on Monday or Tuesday, so I called them on Wednesday and they said that my package had been sent back to the sender (!?) because I was not there when they tried to deliver. They NEVER. RANG. THE. BELL. Awful service and also terrible customer service. No empathy or care towards the customer. Never using this awful company again.

Not reliable - did not deliver

Texted me at 10 am that the package would arrive that day, confirmed the delivery by phone, but ended up not delivering the package at all that day without letting me know. Only after calling them again they told me that they stopped the delivery (without reason).

Very fast..!

My order - a huge 75" tv - from GamingOase was delivered today. That means 2 days ahead of schedule and only 48 hours after I ordered. I have to say, in contrast to a lot I read here, that is impressive.

During the delivery process I received tracking information, e-mail updates and even a SMS annoucing the delivery. For me that is a job well done! And therefor a well-deserved 5-star rating.
