I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was bad enough to warn others. My order took far longer than promised, and when it finally arrived, part of it was missing. Trying to get help from customer service felt like going in circles—slow responses, generic replies, and no real effort to solve the issue.

What’s most disappointing is the lack of responsibility. When something goes wrong, you expect at least clear communication or a quick resolution. Instead, I was left chasing updates and still didn’t get a proper answer.

Based on my experience, this service feels unreliable and poorly managed. I won’t be ordering again.

Absolutely awful service. They promise fast delivery but fail miserably, then ignore you when you ask for help. Customer support is a joke and gives copy-paste answers. Feels like they don’t care once they have your money. Avoid at all costs.

Be aware of Shop Apothike gift vouchers. There is big glitch. The coupons will not work for prescribed medicines and also most of the supplements. For every supplement they categorize it under partner product and will not allow to redeem.

For products which you can buy with voucher, they charge the delivery cost. Without voucher, is is cost free. So if you are buying the SA vouchers, just think about it one more time.

They delivered the product on the 3rd day, saying on the website that it would be delivered on the same day. And the production date of the sunprotection cream I bought was June 2023. They sent the product that had been on the shelf for more than 1 year. I called their call center and sent an email to them and requested to return the product, but they never responded positively. I do not recommend the company, it is an unreliable firm

I have ordered several times and always paid. DIrectly with my credit card. I also ordered before some medicines with Rezept. They were slower than i though but they arrives but this time suddenly I received a letter from Inkasso with a bill of 48 euro. They did not send me any Errinerung por EMail and there was nothing inside the box to be paid. If it was, that was not clear. Why would me have an Inkasso problem for 5 euro????? My husband always told me to buy things here around the corner I insisted for the website dont know why. The letters of Inkasso are going to come and come because I will not pay.

I ordered and it said delivery the next day however it took 2 days for the order to come. If you say next day delivery the do it!!!
