Delayed orders, zero accountability, and frustrating support
I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was bad enough to warn others. My order took far longer than promised, and when it finally arrived, part of it was missing. Trying to get help from customer service felt like going in circles—slow responses, generic replies, and no real effort to solve the issue.
What’s most disappointing is the lack of responsibility. When something goes wrong, you expect at least clear communication or a quick resolution. Instead, I was left chasing updates and still didn’t get a proper answer.
Based on my experience, this service feels unreliable and poorly managed. I won’t be ordering again.
