Great quality trampoline (7x10 rectangle) with excellent customer service. I emailed late on a Sunday to say the spring cover had a tear in it and they called me first thing Monday to say they’ll replace it. Why don’t other companies do customer service like this? Really easy to order and next day delivery. It was my fault I ordered it on a Friday before a bank holiday, but it still arrived on the Tuesday. Trampoline was easy to assemble, about 2 hours on my own, and appears very sturdy. My only slight criticism relates to the delivery. On arrival all four boxes were damaged, to the extent that some contents were spilling out. This is likely a courier issue, but could be mitigated with some cello wrap around the boxes.

Great service, got a call just after ordering to let me know when the product will be dispatched as it was not in stock, and that someone will let me know before the day.

However, that was it, never heard anything 30 minutes before the guy turned up on the drive. So lucky we were in.
