So far so good! Amazing customer service had a call within minutes to arrange delivery and a thanks for the purchase! Trampoline now built and kids loving it. Noticed that it was a lot quieter than previous purchases from other companies and build quality seems very good. Instructions very basic however once everything was laid out it was easy enough to see where parts go! No instructions for the safety net but again easy to install! Very good product

The instructions were awful - they are for multiple models and very unclear.
The way that the netting is fixed to the frame is really bad - for a trampoline at this price, this should have had eyelets in it to enable secure threading of the securing rope.
