I bought adidas trainers from these. Unfortunately they failed after wearing a few times. Very quick to reply sent them back and they refunded almost instantly. Fantastic customer service

Wrong size sent and out of pocket
I ordered a new pair of size 10 gym trainers, on arrival they are a size 8.5. I have emailed trade sport to ask them to rectify this error and it’s now been over a week with no response. So I set up a return with them explaining and due to their error I’ll be without gym trainers and £3 something out of pocket as they don’t refund the postage. Won’t be getting my money again

You ordered a size 10 and received a size 8.5, which was entirely our mistake. Failing to reply to your email in a timely manner only added to the frustration, and you should never have been left out of pocket for a mistake on our end.
We can confirm that a full refund, including your original shipping costs, has now been issued to your account.
