I found an action figure in stock on Trade Sports which was hard to find elsewhere. This seemed a bit odd to me because of the nature of the store, but I took a punt based on the Trustpilot score being good.
I got the thing I ordered and it was delivered promptly, so would happily use them again.

Products ordered not received
Ordered a pair of yellow and pink adidas spezials. Waited ages for delivery, and received an ugly pair of bright green adidas gazelles. Emailed, no reply, called no answer. Online the shoe I ordered no longer exists it’s pretty clear they have just dumped any old pair of trainer into my order maybe thinking I’m colour blind or just won’t actually want what I ordered!!!

Dodgy return system.
Ordered trainers that arrived on time. They seem small for the usual size in Nike. I've requested a refund but getting no response. This should be automatic. They say you can generate a royal mail return but it doesn't work..I've ended up paying for a special delivery return. Everything is correct and in order when I sent. Should arrive Monday. Let's see if they have more hurdles to jump before I get my refund. £20 out of pocket through deliveries..Nice. will I use again? Absolutely not.

Poor service overall
Sent wrong size trainers, didn't answer email so had to phone. Got told reason nobody replied is because "they hadn't bothered turning up to work" no initial apology for their mistake, had to return and wait for refund.
Someone did eventually email and apologise however would not use again. Customer service is poor

The comments made to you on the phone were inappropriate and do not reflect how we expect our staff to represent the business.
While I am glad a member of our team was eventually able to reach out and process your refund, I completely understand why this experience left a negative impression and why you felt let down. In this instance, we failed on multiple fronts. We experienced an issue locating your item in our warehouse and neglected to inform you of the shipping delay in a timely manner. Furthermore, missing your email and failing to connect on the phone is completely unacceptable on our part.
Please be assured that we are a legitimate business, but we clearly fell far short of our usual customer service standards here.
