really good experience, i would always come back well taken care of, would deal with rabiha again she helped massively. Second car here.

Went in after seeing cars for £55 a month on the website. Was told no cars for £55 a month unless you pay a £3k deposit, no mention of this anywhere on the website. Went along with it regardless, took a look around and was ambushed by several members of staff who left me feeling overwhelmed. Tried offering me £75 for my old car. Had already got quotes online and minimum SCRAP price for my car is £175.
Honestly put me right off, would rather buy a second hand car off marketplace.
Company should make all this information clear about £3k deposits on their website so people don't have to waste time on a trip to the showroom!

To be honest if I could have selected 0 stars i would. I bought a car from here in March, straight away on the way home the car was shaking violently, took it back and they told me it was just the wheels that need rebalancing. So that got sorted, around 2 weeks later I was on the M55 going to pick my mum up and take her for a day out of bought for her birthday. The car completely died, I had to drive it back whilst on tow to the Rochdale branch. Bear in mind I’m disabled, I was in agony once I got there due to having no power steering. So they fixed the wire. Then in May I was driving down the A30 (Bodmin Moor) and the crank sensor failed completely, if you’ve drove down that road you’ll know there’s no hard shoulder and it’s a 70 mile per hour road and full of steep hills. So I had to keep going until I could get off at the slip road. It was a Sunday, the AA came out, he had no crank sensor on his van and Ford wasn’t open until the next morning. So with that I paid £180 for a hotel for the night and he came and replaced it the next morning. I didn’t use it much while down there out of fear of it happening again, I drove home a week later and noticed it was still misfiring every now and again but I managed to get it home. I called TC who couldn’t be bothered to call me back 🙄 I had an appointment the next day and guess what? It completely died in the middle of a junction. The AA once again towed it back to the trade centre and the crank sensor wire had snapped once again. So weeks pass I get the shed on wheels back and the engine management light comes on, call the AA and he tells me it’s the catalytic converter. So at this point I’ve lost all faith in the TC so I booked it in with a local mechanic, he took it in this morning and said he’ll have a look and give me a price. He phoned me later on and told me to go in he will discuss it when I get there. He told me it’s not only the cc that’s gone but 3 other major faults on the car, it’s going to cost more than the cars worth to fix. When I explained I had a warranty that I bought through the TC he said we don’t accept that company because they owe us thousands from a job he did last year and they’ve ripped him off big time. So now I’m gonna have to fight them to get my money back, they want me to stick with their policies etc. I’m absolutely disgusted that theyll happily sell a death trap to a family. I wish I’d of looked at the review pages on social media as well because the way this company is ripping people off is absolutely vile, i just hope no one ends up dead because of their greed.

Very good and professional manner, instructions where easy to follow and was very helpful, team player to the company so well done . Only thing I would say would be that the whole experience took too long. Saw about 5 different operatives and all my day was spent at the show rooms so maybe a speedier way of doing things would be an advantage to customers, after all we just here to buy a car, just glad wasn’t doing this on finance , overall all staff where helpful and just doing their job .

I Purchased a Volvo V40 from the Rochdale site on the 29/06/26. I went with the Trade Centre as they assured me that their cars are fully inspected with their 99 point check. I had a poor experience with my last car with numerous amounts of repairs and wanted to get a car which would be more solid and reliable. Now only a couple months in and I have had to have a new clutch, new break pads all round with disks on the rear, two new tyres and rebalancing. I'm not one to complain but I strongly advise against purchasing a car from the Trade Centre.

Alan gave us the worst service and Wasted 4 hours of our day. We were trying to finance a car for my son after the test drive and price negotiations only to be told they can’t do anything with provisional license!
despite providing them with the PROVISIONAL LICENSE at the very start of the visit. Very frustrating that they don’t do the checks on the online application rather they run their checks when you actually visit the branch.

And the most frustrating part that they still send email invitations till this day !!

Walked into another dealership the same day after we left that appalling appointment and fortunately we collected the keys within 20 minutes.
