All the prices shown online are wrong when you visit there showroom the price will three times more than online prices.
False advertisements.
When you asked for the car which is online they said its gone and they offer you same car and model for three times higher price.

Easy, and really likeable sales people. Got the car the same day.

I never imagined that buying a car could result in six months of ongoing dispute and this level of stress for my family.

I formally rejected the vehicle shortly after purchase and returned it to Trade Centre UK. Six months later, they are still refusing to accept my rejection or provide the refund I have requested.

I won't go into the specific issues with the vehicle here because the matter remains an ongoing formal dispute, but I have provided the company with detailed correspondence and supporting evidence explaining the basis of my rejection.

What I can say is that the situation has placed an enormous amount of strain on our family, particularly financially.

We have been left dealing with the consequences of paying thousands of pounds for a vehicle that was returned to the dealership months ago, while also having to arrange alternative transport and meet the additional costs that come with that.

I have made repeated attempts to resolve this directly and have now reached the point where, after seeking advice, I have had to begin the formal pre-action process with a view to court proceedings if the matter cannot be resolved.

Six months is an incredibly long time for a family to be left in this position.

I am sharing my experience because I believe prospective customers should be aware of how long a dispute can potentially continue when a vehicle is rejected.

I had a very positive experience with the sales team at Trade Centre UK Rochdale. The sales process itself was excellent — friendly, helpful and professional, and they made the initial purchase experience straightforward. I would happily give the sales team 5/5.

Unfortunately, the experience with finance and aftersales has been completely different.

We were asked to make a wasted journey to Rochdale after being told everything was ready, only to be told when we arrived that the finance had gone into review and the car couldn't be released. We then had to make another journey the following day.
After finally collecting the car, we discovered that the windscreen washer system was completely inoperative. We noticed it on the drive home and confirmed the fault the following day after filling the reservoir. We contacted aftersales at 10:30am on Saturday, were promised a callback, and received no response before they closed.

So, unfortunately, while I would give the sales team 5/5, my experience of finance and aftersales would currently be 0/5.
The disappointing part is that the excellent sales experience has been overshadowed by what has happened since. I hope Trade Centre UK can resolve the situation quickly and restore some confidence in the overall experience.
