Works really well and I'm very pleased with it.

I'm honestly quite confused as to why Trackhat does not get as much online attention as other head tracking solutions. The benefit of having a high quality camera with good software and robust head tracking algorithim in one package cant benover stated. Having no pre existing webcam myself, the v2 sensor was a great deal at under £100.

Due to some messing around with the software on my end the sensor started tracking off centre. I contacted trackhat and James got back to me instantly with a step by step solution. Very good customer support.

I have since calibrated to my liking and I am experiencing honestly flawless headtracking which has really enhanced my flight sim experience.

Excellent value. Good execution. All for under £100 in the sale. But would honestly be worth it at £120-£130.

I have been a repeat customer for years. I consistently return because of the affordable prices, great service and build quality. The sensors and the earlier clips are in 3d printed casings, which isn't the prettiest. However, they work exactly as they should and always exceed my expectations. I'm very glad I decided to switch to the sensor V2 after using the trackhat clip for years and years.
The new software provided is easy to use and makes the whole experience much more manageable (vs. setting up Opentrack on your own), even for newer users who have not used IR tracking before. This is a big improvement over the older Trackhat clips and modified PS3 camera, which were a hassle to get set up, but worked well once running.

Tipps for new users:

Avoid using in rooms with lots of mirrors (This isn’t an issue with the Sensor V2, only the older Setup)
If you are running into issues with wobbling and jittering, the exposure setting in the app likes to reset itself, overexposure means the sensor has a hard time detecting where your face ends.

It took a long time for my order to arrive due to supply issues, but i got regular Emails about the situation. The owner offerd to refund fully because it took so long but im glad it i waited. The headtracker works really good, the program needs a little to get used to but does what its supposed to.

No 1 is always functionality, however service is a very close No 2 and this product/solution/company offers both and more.
I have used Tobii and TrackIR, the latter also a sound product for slower aircraft IL2. However of late I needed something that could work in brighter environments and without any head attachment.

Here I am now, feeling myself completely immersed with flying at a new level.

After I ordered, There was a slight delay due to difficulties in obtaining the required materials to make the device, however the Owner was straigh forward about this issue. I decided to wait a week extra and boy am I glade I did. The device works amazingly. It does exactly as I had hoped. Smooth tracking. I do have a TrackIR5 which I have used for many years, however having to have a piece of equipment wired to my head sometimes created issues for me. The track hat has solved this. Freedom to not have to remove anything from my body when I need to walk away from the PC is awesome.

Received my Trackhat V2 from GB to Canada. Happy with my purchase - it works well and tried it successfully with Arma (ok as infantry but especially useful with helicopter and such), also with Elite Dangerous. The sensitivity is customizable with opentrack program that comes with it.

Works with opentrack and flightgear on linux, and a track clip pro led head tracker.

There was a delay in the parts but it was always communicated well. I needed support on day one and used the online chat feature. Got a reply in less than a minute.

I bought a Sensor V2 and it stopped working properly after a year. On the hompage is only a chatbot that does not reply and an email for developer contact, no answer on that front either. I'm now stuck with a 100€ 3D printed lump on my monitor, thanks.

The V2 sensor has been fantastic during long sessions. A integrated mounting system let me place it exactly and easily.

Love looking around the interiors, the combat awareness, and no more LED clips, wires or charging needed! Highly responsive so PVP is a sure thing.

It handled bright days and pitch black room no problem, massive upgrade on my previous tracking setup + LED clip.

Really happy with the product and with free shipping made it much more affordable considering I live in New Zealand on the other side of the world

Sensor works well (but you have to do some tweaking in the software to get it how you like it)
Software is comprehensive and doesn't require too much figuring out

We had some shipping issues at first, but after contacting customer support my case was handled immediately and I received all the help I needed to get my SensorV2, shoutout to James!

The device itself is amazing, it basically turned my desktop into a giant VR headset, and I feel it's going to change the way I play games forever. No cables, no hassle, is very responsive and works almost immediately, it just needs a bit of tweaking in the settings to get it perfect.

I'm very happy and will be recommending the device to all of my friends.
