Buying the immobiliser, and booking an installation, all of which was done online was very simple and straightforward. Confirmations, by email, followed in no time at all.
The appointment was confirmed by text the evening before and this was also very helpful.
The engineer (Edson Dias) was superb. He was outstanding in his professionalism, technical expertise and polite, friendly manner. He demonstrated commitment, and patience, in ensuring a trouble free installation.
He took the time to fully explain how to operate the system and functions.
Highly recommended.

It seems as though this company is only interested in selling their product, but offering no after sales,,,, service.
I spent nearly a 1000 pounds with them.
The installation went well.
But now I need some back up on one of there products,
I have had source the repair myself.

Great experience having a Ghost immobiliser fitted. Edson communicated clearly with me, was flexible with appointment timing and fitted the unit efficiently. He talked me through its operation clearly. Nice job.

On advice from Trackershop sales, I purchased a Scorpion Quantum 3 as I was informed this unit was ok for self install. I didn’t hear from Trackershop again apart from an email saying they were organising an engineer to come and fit it and another offering extended warranty. The unit finally arrived with nothing more than the delivery note. I looked online to see if there were any fitting instructions but couldn’t find anything. I tried to log on to the Scorpiontrack app but couldn’t as it seems I need more info to enable this. After 8 phone calls (never answered), 3 online messages (never answered) and 3 emails (no reply) I finally got through to someone at Scorpion who gave me a number to call. Turns out the number was for Trackershop and of course it wasn’t answered. So, I’m stuck with a tracking unit that I can’t use. I suppose the only option now is to put it down to a bad experience and return the unit. I’m just concerned they won’t refund me.

Purchased ghost immobiliser online, rang and booked appointment following morning. Although time frame for fitting was not as quick as states online, I only had to wait 1 week. Edson fitted immobiliser and was great from the first message. Great communication and the fitting was super fast and explained perfectly

First dealings with this company and happy to recommend. Our new insurance required installation of a tracker. From start to finish the process was simple, even amending installation to an earlier date was accommodated. Text in morning to confirm slot allowed me to go about my mornings business. Engineer was then at my address within 20minutes of confirming en route. Installation was done within an hour, our engineer Edson was excellent and gave good advise on use. Thank you

I had a Tracker fitted Great experience the engineer informed me the night before of the time they would arrive which they did on time they installed the device and gave me full detail instructions on how to setup the app and account very smooth transaction

Great service and persistence from the Tracker team! This was my second time using them, and I was stressed when Tony couldn't fit the Ghost Immobiliser after trying two different units. However, they didn't give up, and Mike came out today and got it sorted. Highly recommend their dedication!

Mike turned up at the time he said he would & within a couple of hours I had my new tracker & ghost fitted, excellent service !

I left a review in July, next day Adam replied apologies given asking me to contact him directly. I did so and have repeated the email last week. No response as yet I am still waiting for my refund. Absolutely terrible lack of response but not surprised.

Edson carried out my S5 and Ghost install today. He done a great, neat, efficient install and took me through the usage clearly. Great service through all stages.

Edson gave me updates on arrival time and came exactly as stated. He was very efficient and explained to me what he was going to do and then did it all surprisingly quickly. I was given a full explanation and information on the system before he left and my dog liked him. Nothing more needed!

Great communication leading up to the visit and on the day. Very smooth installation and excellent run though afterwards. Would highly recommend

Edson was incredible, came bang on 8am, was incredibly quick installing it within 30 minutes AND he also completely unprompted did my dashcam wiring for me as well. Top tier service 5 stars all round

Marcus arrived on time to install the Ghost immobiliser and Scorpion Tracker. The job was completed to high standard and he gave comprehensive instructions on how to operate the system

Absolutely shocking took my money then they ran to the hills. Chased for fitting day got it eventually however when they turned up to fitted dash cams they didn’t have them. Said they should have been posted to me before hand lies as the guy who snatched my money said they would bring them. Then 3 calls later bare in mind my wife took the day off work they were going to resolve asap and ring me back with all the updates. 3 hours later still no call so another call to them. They then put me on hold then transferred me to the fitting company who didn’t have a clue what was going on. Stay well clear as another phone call to them tomorrow cancelling everything and refund wanted. Shocking customer service shocking service full stop.
