Successful delivery of a swing
I ordered a single frame only swing set which was successfully delivered on the 2nd attempt.
Initially I found the live chat and AI email options a bit of a pain but that’s the way nearly all companies operate now. It is possible to tell the live chat that you want to speak to a human, and then you’re transferred to a human to continue the chat.
I guess it’s the same as most customer services experiences these days: be prepared to have to wait for human contact; be polite if you have to chase things up; allow plenty of time for your order to be placed relating to when you actually want it.
The swing is up, the concrete is set, everything’s level - and I have a very happy girl who loves her swing. I’m grateful for that.
Big thank you to Bea who patiently set out the process and fixed things up when things in delivery went awry.

Fantastic wooden swing
I thought the products looked good on the website and when the Forest acorn grow able swing arrived I wasn’t disappointed. It was delivered within a few days and was easy to build. It is excellent quality but more importantly it is sturdy and safe for my 6 month old grand daughter who was comfortable and well secured in the swing seat. She absolutely loves it and because it can be extended, she will be able to enjoy it for a few years. Great value for money. I’m looking forward to buying more products to add to it so she has her own play park in the back garden.

I purchased a play house tower with…
I purchased a play house tower with slide. The wood and nail has completely snapped off, making it unsafe for my young children to play on now. I have emailed this company multiple times asking for them to look at the photos of concern. I have heard nothing back, i have been emailing for 2 weeks now. Due to the extremely poor customer service Its left me with no choice but to write a review. I genuinely would think twice before buying from here, i have so much regret, the quality of the product is crap, its so small, and not fit for purpose. We have the summer holidays coming up soon in the UK, I really wanted our garden to be ready but TPtoys are delaying this massively. Pay a bit more and go to outdoortoys instead. Serious regret buying from here.

I was nervous at first as I never heard about this company and wasn’t sure whether I would actually get my order BUT !!!!
My order came within 48 hours not only that it was so easy to put together as the quality was amazing everything just aligned together ! 10 minutes it took for us to put together a wooden outside house with a front porch as I say ! We got him a mud kitchen aswell and also discount off the actual house he loves it all I love it just aswell as it was money well spent on a decent product eventually will 100% be a returning customer I wish they just did adult sheds aswell and I’d have one in a heart beat !

Aftercare amazing
I bought a climbing frame with a slide a while ago, it has lasted well and played with a lot, the slide has got a little bashed and today it finally cracked, I used the 'Chat' function on the website after reaching out on Social Media, they all been super helpful, and although the slide isnt sold separately, they have asked for a picture of the frame I have so they can match it to the right frame, they then said I could order a replacement, I then had a email with a invoice, all super easy and so straight forward, social media team, chat team 'Bea' was my customer service person, who was fab & company.. all highly recommended their products, aftercare even after a few years is still top rate. X

Ordered a 4-in-1 trike at a good price during summer discounts. Unfortunately Dpd delivered it to the wrong address and were very unhelpful. TP Toys customer service were very excellent, found out the delivery address for me and I was able to collect it myself ☺️

Product dangerous
Delivery is good. Products and customer service is disgusting. Not only was the slide measurements wrong it also came without the roof parts. On contacting them to disclose this 4 days a go i am yet still awaiting a response. Product descriptions are totally wrong and misleading and customer service is awful

UFO swing seat is well worth it
Purchased the UFO swing seat. Quick delivery, great value and quality. Suspending from a ceiling mount we already had in store. Our 5 yo autistic son loves napping, swinging and watching TV from it. Highly recommend!

Once we had decided on which playhouse we wanted we did lots of research before ordering from TP toys.
The communication was excellent both timely and clear
Delivery was so quick
Putting together was made easier with very clear instructions

Customer service
I ordered a climbing frame with slide and monkey bars attachment, the slide wasn't on the delivery, I spoke to customer services and the sorted it straight away. I had the climbing frame built but when the monkey bars were being assembled we discovered there was a faulty bar, Bea from customer service sent out a replacement piece straight away. When we did finally finish assembling we discovered that there was a piece missing to be able to attach the monkey bars to the frame (damaged box), again Bea from customer service arranged a replacement part. I cannot thank them enough for the great service they have offered from start to finish!
