I live in Germany and that's why sometimes it is hard to get some toys from the UK. I orderer at Toy Street for the first time and everything worked fine. No afterward taxes, no additional fees and only 7 workdays from order to delivery.

Toy Street: prompt and helpful
Toy Street sent the toy promptly and responded quickly to my inquiry about correcting the shipping address after shipping from the UK to the U.S. They suggested using the Royal Mail and USPS tracking number to locate the package and call the local post office, which I did and all is well (except if my head weren’t attached, I’d leave it somewhere). The kind assistance is much appreciated.

Sometimes things are too good to be true, the item I was after was a good price so I went with toy street over other retailers I usually use and trust. I ordered a week ago and order hasn’t been updated at all. Order confirmation does state a date of after my daughter’s birthday (which is tomorrow) but there is no prewarning before you order that it’s such a slow delivery process. I’m hoping that customer service is quick in sorting a refund as not dispatched so I can quickly sort an alternative. I’m really disappointed as the toy would have been perfect.

Ordered 7th April still not received
I ordered a toy panda as a leaving present for my daughter’s best friend on 7th April. I chased this up a week ago and was told it hadn’t yet reached their warehouse. I asked for a partial refund due to the very late delivery but was told this was not possible. My daughter’s friend has now left (without her farewell gift!) and I still have no news of whether this item is on the way. Reviews on here has been so good so I’m really disappointed by my experience
