They send it to me anyway even thought that I write I want to delete my order

Daylight robbery prices!
I bought a series of Disney Infinity 3.0 Marvel playset and figures that cost a total of 638.70SEK. ICA Maxi was selling the exact same playset and figures for a total cost of only 248SEK! That's more than half the price!!!
Since I have already wrapped up the presents from ToysRUs, I can't return them and buy the cheaper toys from ICA Maxi. This feels like a total scam from ToysRUs.

Still waiting
Ordered 2 weeks ago now, the site was crashing during their 25% off everything promotion, they mistakenly gave some people less than 25% off, while others got more, I've yet to receive my order, and when tracking it all I can see is that it was sorted incorrectly about a week ago and that my delivery won't be on time. Thoroughly frustrating experience.

Very good service with one small remark
The service and shopping experience are really great.
I just have one small remark that may be useful. I made a mistake ordering wrong size and I could not have the order cancelled even before it was shipped. I have called 5 minutes later to the customer service but still the order was shipped.
I got instructions on what to do so I can have it cancelled and my money refunded but still it would have been better to not have it shipped at all.
