SCAM!!! The clothing I received was not what I expected based on the photos I saw online. I made sure to return the items immediately. Every last bit of them. I did end up getting a credit but the site rarely has new arrivals so I’d go on every so often to see if they happen to have something I like. 1 WHOLE YEAR LATER there are new arrivals and I found 1 dress that could be promising. I went back into my email to locate my gift card but it was gone!! I contacted the company 4 times and still no response. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. They keep your money and the online pics are MISLEADING!!

This company is a scam. The clothes are cheap and not what they look like online. They said they would refund me but they never did and kept my money!

The company just sent my money back June 14 AFTER I FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB! Don’t shop with them.

I’ve been trying to contact this company for 8 going on 9 months for a purchase I made. I purchased a dress that was too big so I wanted to exchange it but I wanted to see if I could get rush shipping on the new dress. I contacted customer service and was told that the best way for me to receive the size I needed on time would be to repurchase the actual size I need, send the larger size back and they refund me for the dress that was too big. Long story short I did exactly what they told me to do, I even sent the dress back to them the next day and did 2 day shipping so they would receive the returned dress quicker. I have proof they not only received the dress from my tracking number BUT customer service also confirmed they received the dress. After all of that they stopped responding to me when I inquired about my refund. I’ve been reaching out again for 8 months and I have all of the proof as far as the entire exchange between me and this company. I’m very disappointed to say the least.

Do not buy from here!! Ordered a dress April 7th with 2-4 day shipping. On may 3rd i still didn’t receive so i had to email and Instagram message them. After receiving no assistant on May 11th i had to email them again and they asked if i wanted the item or to refund me. Since it was over a month i didn’t need the dress anymore and asked to refund. By May 31 i still didn’t receive the refund had to email again and Instagram message them. And still didn’t receive. It is now July 12th. THREE MONTHS AFTER I PLACED THE ORDER. still no refund had to comment on an Instagram post to get a response (they deleted my comment). And still have not received a refund. Will now have to contact bank to claim fraud as they will not refund me. Terrible customer service terrible company! Complete scam do NOT order from here.

I loved my dress I ordered a size xsmall and it fits like a glove. The material is amazingggg Thier prices are amazing for the quality. I definitely recommend this store , thank you.

Truly the best customer service I have ever gotten. I ordered a dress for my girlfriend and I didn’t receive the package on time due to the usps fault. I called TEB to find out what was going on and here is where it gets good, they apologized even though it wasn’t their fault and they sent me another free dress for the inconvenience. It blew my mind that they did that for me even knowing it was not their fault. I can’t say how truly happy that made me and how exited that made my girlfriend that she thought I paid for both lol. Thank you TEB!

I bought this dress for a girls night out. Everyone loved it and it fitted great. Love the zipper on the back gives it a sexy feel. I have large breast (34DDD) and a small frame and the small dress still fit perfectly.

I ordered a dress from this website and the quality was absolutely beautiful ! Unfortunately I am extremely petite so it did not fit me well. Toxic Envy provided me with amazing customer service and responded to all of my emails so quickly! They were very understanding of the problem with my order and helped me process a full refund. Placed an order on AUGUST 29TH. It's SEPTMEBER 10TH. The website says 2-3 days for processing the order and I paid for 2-3 day shipping. Don't have my item. I tried every means of communication and only got a response when I commented on their most recent instagram post with my issue. They of course deleted my comment. I was then promised a $10 credit, but when I gave my info that they requested, they stopped answering. I DM'd after they promised I'd have my item by 9/7. It never came so I asked for a refund. They said they could refund me and reroute my package. I told them I was screen shotting the convo to do a chargeback if they do not refund me. They then stated that they would refund me and let me keep the dress. LOL, the tracking # they gave me shows the dress was never shipped. I recommend no one order from this company. I gave a small company a chance and I regret it. Companies like this give all small businesses a bad name.

Bought 2 dresses on the 3rd of April 2018, it’s now the 23rd May and still not arrived. Was told 3 weeks ago that I would get a refund, still hasn’t been processed.

This company is a con, steal your money and refuse to communicate. NEVER BUY FROM THEM!! ABSOLUTELY DREADFUL SERVICE!!
