I don’t even like to give them one star. Horrible product horrible service. They used fraudulent shipping so I had to pay more to the Post Office to pick dress up. Dress is awful and nothing like the picture or claims. I am now in week 4 of negotiations for refund. First it was $5 for a $78 overall purchase…including the double shipping…now we are up to $15 AND I get to keep the dress…oh joy. I am going to keep fighting but beware…DO NOT buy from this company!

One dress really cute, other not as much. I would like to return Light pink pleated 3/4 sleeve A line maxi dress. Style # 791994. Did not look like the photo. Tell me how. Credit on account is fine.

Fazuy sells on Facebook and their stuff looks cute. But beware. They claim you return merchandise, but you have to “forgive variations in size and color.” I ordered 4 dresses for over $200. They claim their merch is made in So. Carolina but the package was all in Chinese. None of them fit or looked like the photos on FB. I contacted them for a return authorization as per their website. Then they started to negotiate with me to accept a small refund if I’d keep the dresses. I said I wanted to return the items for a full refund. Went through 3 or 4 rounds of ‘negotiations’. Took weeks to get them to agree to a full weekend. Don’t trust these people. If you do buy and want to return, prepare for a battle and don’t give up. Beware!

These items came in a timely fashion. I liked the fit, the material. Everything. True to size recommendations.

Most items were true to the advertising but the odd one was not quiet the same.
The sizing was just a little larger than I would have liked but I can alter them to fit better - generally very happy with my purchases thank you.

size and quality of garment relative to price paid. I'm usually size 10-12 and ordered a medium which just fit, a large would have been ok too. Allow 3-4 weeks postage to Australia.
