Great value tours with big range of itineraries and destinations. The booking process although a little confusing for me at times, was made much easier by all the staff I had contact with. The tour radar staff I spoke to on the phone were very helpful, friendly and patient with me. The staff from the tour companies were also very helpful, friendly and patient too. They got back to me quickly with replies and then followed up on any questions I still had. We are looking forward to doing our upcoming trips that we have booked.

Im finding it extremely hard to make contact with tourradar. Monies have been regularly deducted for my trip to Egypt ondecember4 th but I need to make a booking for a hotel on December 3rdandalso need to find out about an extension trip onto Jordan. Don’t book through Bravo tours, if you do make sure they can guarantee a bike that fits
I have written one review that was negative as I didn’t get what I booked, I booked a group tour mountain bike trip. I got a solo trip on a mountain bike but the ride was only on the roads, the largest bike they had was a medium which was totally unsuitable, since I wrote the review which was negative because of the above. I also stated I actually really enjoyed the trip and the guide which was true. Since the review Bravo tours has contacted me several times offering me money to change my negative review, I have had the guide contact me through what’s app saying he never got paid and also wanting me to change it, hence I have.

Fun times in Bali!
I had a 5 day tour of Bali with Mhadey Dicha, from Diwira Wisata Indonesia 🇮🇩 tours. Most excellent choice! Dicha is a great tour guide, driver and company. He knows his island 🏝️ well, and loves showing it off to foreigners.
Dicha wants to please, and we made changes to the itinerary and stops as needed. He was always courteous and fun! Many laughs along the way, and I learned much about Bali’s culture, traditions and customs, as I enjoyed the activities that were planned.
He also learned about Mexico 🇲🇽 from me, so we had a two way relationship that I will treasure. He is now my Facebook friend! I highly recommend him and TourRadar!

Badly organized and not the day tours we paid for
We booked a tour called Classic England, operated by Click Tours and advertised as a group tour, - four nights in a hotel in London and three day tours from London. We expected to be part of a group and there would be a pick up from the hotel for the day tours. That was not the case. For every tour we had to travel for 35 minutes, - take a bus and walk with a lot of stress if the bus would be late and we would miss the tour. We could not enjoy the breakfast which was included because the breakfast did not start not until 7:30 and we needed to leave the hotel at 7 for the tours. Than Click Tours which operated the tour changed the itinerary so we did not get to do the day tours which were originally in the program. The tour the second day was cancelled and we got a WhatsApp message where we could choose between other tours instead of the one which was cancelled, which we did. The third day our tour was also cancelled without notice and we were signed up for a similar tour. In the three days we visited both Stonehenge and Oxford two times. Click Tours did not even offer any compensation. Luckily we had different guides for the places we visited two times and they were both very good. I think the price for the tour is a rip-off because the way it is organized I could have booked the hotel in London on Booking and the tours directly from Golded Tours for half the price. I tried to contact the organisers several times through WhatsApp and never got an answer.

I will never ever touch or trust TourRadar again!!! For the past few days, I have been trying to cancel an ill thought trip that I booked with G Adventures THROUGH TourRadar. Unbelievable but they gobbled my deposit of $330.02 the minute I signed up, without informing me that the amount is non-refundable. Not only this, they failed multiple times to communicate and upload my bookings - without this, there was nothing I could do to cancel the trip. Awful way to do business and most effective trick to turn your customers away, TourRadar. You have done it!!! Sayonara

things that need to be fixed
T here was nobody to meet us at airport ,there was mix up on dates for battle of the bulge that only goes on Saturdays the guide told us. then the tour of Antwerp was canceled the fill in was a chocolate
works which only lasted one hour. The Hotel was fine but was a long way from the boarding spot at least 30 to 45 min, other than that was lovely trip
