Excellent customer service. I ordered a bag but it wasn’t quite right. I sent a photo and they managed to find the one I wanted and swapped it for me.

I purchased the London Bag 22cm and I am thrilled with it! The quality is exceptional! I loved it so much that I have re-purchased in Blue and just awaiting it’s arrival!

This bag is simply CLASSY! I initially was going to buy one rose bag till there I saw a promotion for two so decided why not. Did a medium and small. The bags are gorgeous! I did Grey and white. Shipping was on time. I also did wish it came in a box instead of a bag. Other than that my transaction was smooth and will definitely patronize again.

Outstanding piece. Literally a piece of art. I just received my “rose bag” in white and it’s breathtaking. I will definitely buy again. The delivery was accurate just one day delay but due to the airport customs. Unfortunately it doesn’t smell leather but I don’t even care!the only thing I wish is that the package was sent through a box rather than a plastic bag.

Ordered again after seeing how amazingly the quality was on the Chelsea bag. I decided to go for the Rose bag in Black and Tan and again they haven’t disappointed. A perfect dupe for a mini Kelly and fits my phone, keys, cards, lipstick, small hairbrush and Invisalign case without any issues. I think I’m slowly becoming addicted!

Super happy with my bag. I chose the London bag. It fits my phone and sunglasses, lipstick and car key inside.
Looks like a H Kelly too without the pricetag.
Very pretty bag, well made. Definitely recommend.
The only hard decision was which colour to go for.
Shipping arrived between 7-10 days from ordering.

Just received my Milan bag and am pleased with it and customer care is excellent.

The order was placed, and still 11 days after not shipped. I have contacted support, then the order was just canceled.
Customer support is extremely poor. No proper communication with customers.
No explanation was given why there is such a delay, when I contacted the first time, they could have said that there wad an issue with shipping, only 11 days after, once I contacted them through Instagram.
The customer representative was very rude and did not provide any explanation at all!!
Would NOT RECOMMEND this company to anyone!

Had a slight defect on one of the bags I brought from here, I had then emailed in a spoke to a lovely woman named Kate. She then swiftly acted an said they would replace the bag I had recently received with a new one. Could not be happier with the service. Thank youuu

I ordered a mini London bag from Totes Luxe UK. I received it under a week! The quality of the bag is amazing. I will soon order more and would absolutely recommend them.

No delivery or refund since my daughter ordered the Deja bag for me for Christmas 2022. Till today, it has not arrived. After over a month (with no word from them) they told her (after she had repeatedly chased them) that it was out of stock and asked if she wanted a refund. She has not received this refund to date. Maybe demand is high. Maybe they have production delays (4 months on) but, why is it so hard to refund my daughter? I would avoid them really.

Following my review, ToteLuxe responded promptly to the review. I informed my daughter and she contacted them via email. No response yet (though to be fair it was only two days ago.)

Amazing customer service! My bag almost didn’t arrive in time for Mother’s Day but once I raised a query they sent out another one with next day delivery to ensure it arrived on time! Was very apprehensive buying from this company when I didn’t see it getting shared much on Instagram but decided to take the plunge after reading some reviews. I ordered the Chelsea bag and the quality is so good! It’s a pretty good match to a Birkin. I liked how it comes with a dust bag, the metal parts of the bag were protected when delivered. The only small issue I had, which isn’t really an issue, is the delivery took a week and a half and came in a plastic bag but that’s just me being impatient and picky. I will definitely be ordering another bag soon!

I purchased two bags from Totes Luxe UK as gifts, a Milan and Chelsea. In terms of the quality, they are super, the bags are beautifully made to a very high standard. Arrived with everything intact and with all the parts. I've an original 'K' and and original 'B' and the Milan and Chelsea were comparable in terms of shape and quality. Overall superb products, a great find.
