Wanted to return one box of floor tiles to the Rustington store, however they would not accept them as it was three days after their policy cut off date. Three days????
Liam in CS tried his best but ultimately it was the decision of the store manager.
I spoke to Daniel the store manager who tried to politely explain that due to staff cutbacks they were told to keep a close eye on finances. Daniel also said that they wouldn’t necessarily be able to sell the returned tiles as the batch number would be different. However had I returned the tiles THREE DAYS before they would have refunded them. So THREE DAYS affects the batch number?
I wouldn’t be so angry and annoyed if I hadn’t caught two staff members talking about me when I walked back into the store to get the correct phone number for customer services. (Daniel tried to say the staff were talking about the policy, however also admits he wasn’t there so couldn’t confirm)
So just a heads up for everyone to keep an eye on the final date for returns

We attended Topps Tiles in Braintree, the staff in there are amazing & went above & beyond to help us. Especially Portia who was extremely helpful, so nice to have assistants that genuinely wanted to help.

Darren at Topps Tiles in Wishaw was incredibly helpful. He listened carefully to my questions and showed me all the tiles that fitted my criteria.
He explained the differences between different priced tiles and offered helpful suggestions.
He then put together an estimate of cost based on my rather vague measurements. Darren could not have been more helpful and professional.
He even carried the tiles out to my car, making it a very pleasant, happy experience.

I just wanted to share some positive feedback about my recent experience at the Topps Tiles Byfleet branch. Josephina was extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout my visits. Her patience in answering all my questions and guiding me through the options made the whole process much smoother. I really appreciated her support—it made a genuine difference to my shopping experience. Thank you, Josephina, for your excellent service!

Tops Tiles Barnstaple - visited the store on Sunday and we were looked after by Jon, Top man!
He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and would recommend a visit for any of your tile needs. Well done Jon, we need more customer service people like you :)

Great experience at the Mansfield branch today. Mark was patient, knowledgeable and really helpful- I don’t know anything about tiles so I’m clueless. He was able to find something to fit the brief and quickly calculated the amount of tiles and border pieces I would need, then sorted a quote very quickly. Would absolutely recommend, thank you Mark.

The member of staff Richie was very helpful and knowledgeable with all the questions I asked. And also had time for me with no pushy sales.
Im happy ro use there services and would reccomend to anyone who needs help on making choices.

I am 77 years old with some mobility problems. This morning I visited Topps Tiles on the Bexhill Road, St Leonards. I have been before and always found the staff cheerful and helpful. Today was no exception. All I was buying were 6 decorative tiles for the small job of tiling my Victorian fire hearth. The person who served me - his name was Dan - could not have been more helpful and patient. He even carried the tiles to our car. The service I received was exceptional!

Been in to the Bilston store today and the staff were very helpful when purchasing our new tiles. They worked it all out and then brought them out to our car. Friendly staff.

Kevin, store manager at the Eastbourne branch cannot be thanked enough for his invaluable help with us choosing our tiles; advising on quantity required; necessary materials to match & then with an additional order when I changed my mind with the tiler on which walls were to be covered!
Kevin was super efficient & a pleasure to deal with.

Hastings branch. Knowledgeable and easy to deal with people and a very good range of tiles to suit all budgets. We return here for kitchen and bathroom projects and looking forward to the next.

I’ve been to Topps Tiles Sutton branch over the past week . Very good customer service and parking. I work in a shop myself and they create the right balance between being helpful and letting the customer browse. A calm, welcoming atmosphere.

I ordered a number of bull nosed tiles - 4 were not bullnosed. I let them know and waited for the replacements as my job is now behind - I only just saw the mail where they want a video (!) to prove the four tiles have no bull nose. What an absolute waste of time.

I am writing to you as a long-standing trade customer who frequently visits my local branch Ilford with my clients.
Over the weekend, I received two parking charge notices (PCNs) by post, despite receiving no physical notifications on my vehicle at the time of my visits. As a regular customer, I was parked on-site specifically to conduct business in-store. I have emailed customer services at H.O awaiting their reply.

Ordered tile samples over a month ago. They arrived completely shattered in the box so unsuitable to be used as samples. Contacted customer service and got a quick reply saying they would issue a full refund. However, the refund never came. Multiple emails sent since then and the reply is always the same: it’s been passed on to IT and the refund will be issued. However, it’s over a month on and I still haven’t received a refund. Can’t recommend.
