This is the second time I had to deal with Top Denmark and both times very disappointing.
First time some months ago, a guy gave me a phone call appointment and never called.
Today the same, another guy gave me a phone call appointment (he asked me as a Nordea customer to move my house ensurance to them) but did not call as promised.
I stayed at home in order to be available but nobody called at 11.00 as promised by sms or Top Denmark email.
Twice the same pattern is not professional at all.

I wish I could give zero stars. The service at TopDanmark has been the worst experience I have ever had with a company. I genuinely feel like they have taken advantage of me as a customer. They have reviewed and denied a pet insurance claim of mine due to their policy of not being able to make any claims within the first 30days of signing up. Only to then go ahead and take that claim and adjust my policy permanently based on the information provided. The claim should have been rejected fully but they still seem to use it against me to make policy adjustments. The “vet” has not given any reason for this policy change and refuses to change it back. The customer service has been beyond horrible. They are inflexible and unresponsive. The wait times for any response takes ages. I can’t understand how a company can deny a claim (that was submitted in error) and then go ahead and use that exact claim to adjust the same policy in their favour. They seem to just be making up rules as they go along since, weeks later, they still have yet to show me in writing where it says that they’re allowed to do this. Worst customer service. Absolutely horrible.

I called 4 times today and holding for 1 hour or so. All the times I am no.1 in que and no one attends . It is total crap service for the claim department . Even I am thinking of changing the insurance company

I have had an accident where i have broken my 2 fingers on my right hand.i have made a claim and i was told i have to wait 3 months after the injury has happened to see if there is any permanent damage. After the 3 months have passed i called again and I've been told now i have to wait 1 year before they even look at my injury. This is completely crazy, i have finished all my treatment and i cannot use my hand as i did before! How does this company still have clients i can only see 1 star reviews from other clients and strongly consider to change my insurance company. What a waste of my money. I can totally understand all the 1 star reviews here. Although i wonder how they have a 4 star overall rating when all i see is 1 star reviews.
